The villa consists of three king suites, one double queen suite, and one king rooftop terrace suite, accommodating an occupancy of 12 people. Each room has a private entrance, private bathroom, coffee station, air conditioning, and a 65" television. The owner's residence (King Suite) is located in the Villa and can be made available on a case by case basis. The maximum occupancy including the owner's suite is 14 people.
