No frills hotel for a short stay, conveniently located for exploring the city. The toilet door doesn’t close and light comes on automatically which is disruptive during the night, as it then doesn’t turn off again for a while. No kettle in the room and no bedside tables, nowhere to put our suitcase. Mattress very comfy but pillows too high. It wasn’t exactly cheap and we didn’t get much for our money.

Great location apart from the noise from 'Filthy McNasty's' bar next door. Clean room and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Quite pricey for a budget hotel.

The Etap is walkable for the centre of town and visitor attractions. Although the room was small, the bed was clean and comfortable. The only downside of the room was the limited space to hang clothes. Breakfast was alright for the price.
