On arrival all you see is big iron gate.through gate a lot of steps that were soaked through woth water on the old carpet on each step. Although the room was big there was little in it that was worth liking. One plug socket hanging off wall dirty bathroom. Three days with no room cleaning or clean towels.toilet seat not very secure. In dining area a lot of wiring hanging about. Floor unstable and walls look as if they may get finished at some time. Filthy tablecloths on tables. Then before we left I told them I wasnt happy with no cleaning in room and the reply was "we do not include that". I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is disgraceful.

Negatives: Footpaths uneven and broken in the street. Very unsafe to walk. Lots of steps to reach reception desk. No fridge in room. Spiderwebs under table in room. Positives: 5 minute walk to train station. Morning breakfast was very nice. Good size room. Nice staff. Comfy bed.

Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent for price paid. Location food too. Only issue, could improve on room cleaning (never changed) and shower unit had no shower holder nor gel unit. Would nevertheless stay again. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful appartment - very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; loved how quiet the place was and a nice terrace, where you can have a breakfast in the garden; breakfast was the same every day and quite basic. The hotel is very small, converted from two houses and gives the feeling of staying at your friends' home while you are at the center of Belgrade with all tourist spots 5-10 min walk away. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful while we stayed there. I hope they will fix wi-fi as it was unpredictably on and off while we stayed, but they had works done for it.
