THE SPACE
This newly renovated townhome located on Dogwood golf course offers modern amenities and everything you are looking for to enjoy a relaxing & adventurous weekend! Unwind in the living room where there is a cozy pull out couch (sleeps two people) and a 65-inch smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows. Next to the living area is a 4-person high top table for games, eating dinner, or relaxing. We also have seating at the kitchen countertop with three bar stools or at the kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped including essentials such as pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and even a Keurig coffee machine!

There are two bedrooms in this modern townhome. One bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, a modern upgraded bathroom, and a 46-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The additional bedroom also features a queen-size bed with a 40 inch smart TV. The full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for the second bedroom and features a modern upgraded shower as well. You will also find a full-sized washer and dryer - detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience!

There is a full sized back deck with a large enclosed storage space for bikes, equipment, etc. A perfect place to enjoy the amazing views of nature and sit and relax!

Arriving at our home is easy and convenient with our electronic keypad on the front door. There is parking for 3 vehicles right outside the home and you can’t miss us with the bright red door!

Bring your bikes and enjoy access to a multitude of trails to pick from! Just a few minutes away is the Metfield Golf Complex with access to Dogwood and Brittany courses - this townhome is actually located on hole number 17 on the Dogwood course.
