Everything was in order and clean. Only issue was tv in middle bedroom could not be used. Roku not working. Unable to resolve while there. Notified Olivia.

Nice house, fun week!
It was clean and nicely located between all of our friends and family. The master bathroom looks nicely upgraded! The kitchen on the other hand needs a major upgrade. It should be explained in the details that it is not a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen utensils are limited. They did provide refreshments which was much appreciated!! We would still return! We had a wonderful time except when trying to make breakfast. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Only one issue. No internet instructions were in the apartment so the owner's very nice realtor friend had to drive over late the first evening to get us connected.

Comfortable and like home away from home
We absolutely love this house. No ants were in the house like the karen said on last review and it rained all week we were there. Smelled fabulous super clean. Can't wait to stay here again.

Needs improvement
My family and I had to fly in for a funeral and this home was closest location to where we needed to be. Check in was quick and easy. When we unpacked we realized we were not accommodated with linens and towels for the amount of our party. Contacted owner or poc and they came and dropped off what we needed. A little inconvenient but thankful they provided them. Then we experienced internet issues which hindered me as I had to work from home. Had to contact owner to call internet provider to get fixed. Night 1 we noticed ants in one of the beds so we had to wash all linens. Then we noticed tons of bugs in carpet and couches. I do not know if that reflects the cleaning people or owner but either way it doesn't look good. Half our party left early due to this and my kids and I have bites all over. I think this place needs some attention and tlc to get this cleaned up before renting out again. Def not worth what I paid.

this was the closest property to a gathering I was attending. property clean and comfortable/ residential neighbor hood VERY basic amenities . bar soap and towels provided.
