Our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant. It was very clean and well maintained. If there was anything that would have taken it ‘over the top’, it would have been a more friendly staff! The young man on the registration desk on the evening we registered, about 8:30 pm on Sunday, October 20, was charming, friendly, courteous and interested in our drive from Cambridge. That was the first and last time we saw or heard from a friendly face! The front desk staff just ignored everyone who passed by (often the front desk was NOT staffed) as well as anyone else we encountered in the hotel. I know that time is money to a business, but we would try another local hotel before returning to the Hampton…..even though we were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness. A smile or a quick hi should be automatic in the hospitality industry.

It's so nice after a long day of driving to be able to pull off of the 401 and be able to find your hotel quickly. The only negative item is the driveway off of Bell Blvd. It is dark and poorly marked making it extremely difficult to see, especially at night. I'm afraid someone is going to drive into those 2 large boulders that mark the entrance. I realize that at this time, the west end of Bell Blvd. has no street lights which may improve as the area is developed. Otherwise my husband and I will return again in the future for another great stay. Keep up the good work! Thank you. :)

Golf Trip
It was a three day/two night golf trip with my son. We met in middle in Belleville from where we live. The hot breakfast was great and changed each day. I enjoyed the pool after golf to exercise away any soreness.....and also to cool down after hot day on the course.
