One of the highlights is the 10-foot inground  ( subject to availability) for your enjoyment. NOTE: The pool and deck package is 1 May 2025, and close on 15 September 2025. Whether you want to cool off on a sunny day or relax with a refreshing swim, the pool deck with its covering, chairs, ceiling fan, and outlets for entertainment is the perfect spot. Indulge in the picturesque views of sunsets and sunrises while lounging by the pool.


The basement of this home is truly a haven for entertainment. It features a large screen for watching the big games and a fully functional bar with a sink and refrigerated storage. You'll also find a full bath, a washroom, a refrigerator, a half kitchenette, and a convenient Wi-Fi printer with ample table space to work if needed.


The sleeping arrangements are well-appointed, with queen-size beds in the three upstairs rooms. The downstairs room is equipped with a 3 twin platform beds providing flexibility for larger groups. Additionally, the couch in the basement and the sunroom can be converted into sleeping areas, offering even more options for guests.


The sunroom, with its large window seating, serves as a peaceful retreat. It includes a half bath, a designated pet area, and a sleeper couch or twin platform to accommodate extra guests comfortably.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay. In addition to the standard appliances, bagel toaster, and a Keurig machine with hot water for tea or coffee conveniently located on the fridge. A separate coffee pot ensures that you have everything you need to start your day off right. The kitchen also provides pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and barbeque utensils for your use.
