It was below average. The hotel and rooms look better online than they do in person. The "free breakfast" was garbage. Don't go if you're diabetic, you will starve. I won't stay here again.

Look if you are staying here because you have business to attend or are on your way somewhere else, it’s perfect. Is this the Fairmont? No. There were some sketchy people outside loitering… but I mean, the rest was as is. Nothing fancy, clean and works.

The room with the beds was overall pretty good. Beds were comfy and clean. It looked like someone had a party or something in the room and left streaks on the ceiling and maybe ripped the shower curtain rod from the wall. The repairs were made to the shower curtain rod, but not well. The toilet and tub room was very dated and not in great condition. The toilet was peach and the seat was a different size than the toilet. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and pleasent to converse with. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on it.

The people at the front desk were pleasant and the room was comfortable. The "continental" breakfast was so limited that I ate only a sealed cup of mandarin oranges and two packaged Madeline cookies each day. There was coffee but no lids! So I couldn't grab a cup and take it with me. The phone in my room wasn't working when I arrived and they never managed to fix it. I extended my stay one night and paid the extra cost, only to discover that I was locked out of my room when I tried to return the last night. They had deactivated my keys according to the initial reservation. Okay if you need an economical place to stay, but you get what you pay for.
