I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Pela segunda vez me hospedei, tudo excelente desde o atendimento da portaria, check in, check out, café da manhã, todos muito educados e solícitos. Um pouco decepcionado.
O hotel é bem localizado, contudo não tem nenhum espaço para parar o carro e a recepção aconselha a parar em fila dupla enquanto manobrista chega. Tinha vazamento no ar-condicionado,olhando o móvel abaixo, bem como a TV Tinha vazamento na ducha do banheiro. Solicitei resolução dos dois vazamentos e não foi resolvido. Mas a pior parte foi me cobrarem 30 reais pelo estacionamento quando no anúncio tem estacionamento disponível, mas em Letras miúdas o recepcionista me mostrou que nas regras da casa tem a cobrança. Se conta por estacionamento então informe claramente que conta por isso logo no início do anúncio. DECEPCIONADO. O café da manhã é ótimo.
