Ibis Styles is simple, clean and practical. This is the place for you that want to explore and don't want to spend lots of money in lodging. Located in downtown, the hotel is close to most things and about 45 minutes from the international airport.

Estadia razoável, mas a nota baixa fica para o fato de eu ter ligado umas 5x para o hotel, posteriormente à estadia, para verificar se acharam um carregador de celular que esqueci no quarto e os diversos atendentes dizem que vão retornar e nunca recebi retorno. Falta de consideração por parte da gerência desta unidade.

Atendeu às expectativas.
O hotel atendeu às expectativas e a equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo e a cama era confortável, mas sugiro a substituição de algumas toalhas, pois não estavam em boas condições. Os travesseiros também poderiam ser melhores. A localização do hotel é excelente.

Gostamos do espaço do quarto, os lençóis e cama muito bons, boa localização, atendimento dos recepcionistas muito bom. O que não gostamos foi a limpeza.... terrível, vaso sanitário com xixi nas bordas externas, tufos de cabelo do hóspede anterior encontrei no banheiro nos 3 primeiros dias de nossa estadia (sendo que reclamei da limpeza no primeiro dia de hospedagem). Móveis com muita poeira, principalmente os que ficam acima do cofre....! isso sem comentar o pendente que sustenta a iluminação do quarto, totalmente empoeirado, acredito que essas minhas observações se deram por eu ter duas crianças de 7 e 8 anos e prezo pela qualidade do sono delas, lembrando que reclamei de tudo isto no primeiro dia de hospedagem e até o quinto dia o móvel continuava do mesmo jeito... As paredes do quarto estão encardidas (manchas de muito tempo de uso). no quinto e último dia de hospedagem, entrei em contato com a gerente de nome Carol, acredito ser este nome, deixei minha esposa passando o ocorrido para ela, onde a mesma pediu desculpas e comprometeu-se em tomar providências...! Concedeu a última diária gratuita, mas como eu já havia pago, os recepcionistas registraram meus dados bancários para a devida devolução, mas que até o presente momento nada foi restituído.

"Limpinho" e nada demais.
Funcionários da recepção atenciosos, quarto razoavelmente limpos e só. Não conhecia a rede Ibis Styles. Optei devido à proximidade do local onde trabalhei. A inexistência de serviço de quarto, frigobar vazio, preços altos dos produtos na recepção em um hotel que não é de alto nivel, assim como a baixa qualidade das amenidades oferecidas, fazem o custo-benefício ser bem ruim. Em outras palavras oferece pouco e não é barato. Não pretendo retornar.

Cheguei num domingo à noitinha e fui ao bar para comer alguma coisa. Pedi uma sopa e só tinha de feijão. Foi uma das piores sopas que já experimentei na minha já idosa vida.

O hotel segue o padrão dos outros. No café da manhã tinha uma funcionária nova que atendia no caixa sempre com cara fechada e de mal com a vida. Foi substituída por uma senhora simpática que nós alegrou com seu bom dia

Muito bom no geral. Localização estratégica e rua surpreendente tranquila, muito perto do mercado central e do minas centro. As camareiras são excelentes... limpeza e arrumação do quarto nota 10. O café da manhã também é muito bom, mas sem coisas exclusivas e personalizadas, com destaque para qualidade dos pães e frutas. O atendimento no check-our foi muito bom e atencioso. Porém, o atendimento no check-in foi indiferente, frio e não satisfatório, pois eu e minha esposa (grávida de 4 meses) estávamos com meu filho de 4 anos e o berço oferecido era muito pequeno, e não foi atendido um pedido do colchonete para ele, que teve dormir no edredom. Mas quero agradecer a camareira que vendo que meu filho dormiu apenas sobre o edredom, providenciou um colchonete para ele. Outro ponto negativo foi referente à cidade, mais especificamente à Guarda Municipal de BH, que multa o turista que estaciona na rua, mesmo em vagas disponíveis e por poucas horas, caso não pague um serviço rotativo de vagas que depende de um aplicativo celular exclusivo da cidade. Parece que a intenção é afugentar e não atrair o turista.

Tive um imprevisto, pois havia feito minha reserva com cafe da manha incluido e no check out o hotel queria me cobrar o cafe. Acho que o ocorrido foi por uma mudanca feita no check in comm relacao aos quartos. Tive que encaminhar copia da minha reserva para o hotel, para arquivos posteriores, mas nao tive que pagar nada alem
