The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

Eu ja me hospedei em diversos hoteis pelo Brasil,mas nenhum deles foi tao ruim como esse hotel,toalhas de banho sujas,cafe da manhã sem variedade e com divesos mosquitos,(ate Varejeira) ,pousando nos alimentos,quarto cheio de pernilongos,na minha humilde opiniao,o valor da hospedagem nao chega nem 10% doq o hotel entrega,a minha nota é 0,0.

Hotel com uma localização incrível, com fácil acesso aos pontos da Pampulha bh. Um café da manhã ótimo. atendimento pelo WhatsApp. Eu comprei a estadia por este app, independente do preço ou promoção o hotel tem que oferecer o melhor pros clientes. Fui a um evento próximo do hotel com o tempo chuvoso minha esposa grávida! O quarto não tinha coberta, falaram que era culpa da lavanderia. Eu fiz o check in e contestei se não tinha coberto eles falaram que sim e nem se importaram em entregar. Não sei se por causa do tipo de contratação/ acordo com o hotel para este site/ app. Dormimos com lençol mesmo mas achei desrespeito!!!

Bom, a estadia na Rede Andrade Pampulha foi ótimo. O atendimento dos colaboradores do hotel impecável a única coisa que me deixou um pouco chateado é que, desde o meu check in o sanitário do meu quarto estava entupido e ninguém se dispôs a verificar, o quarto 316. De resto não tenho o que reclamar

Estava um pouco receosa após ler algumas avaliações, mas decidi dar uma chance. No geral, o hotel é ok, mas não é perfeito e tem alguns pontos importantes a considerar: Localização: O hotel fica afastado das principais atrações, então não dá para ir a pé para lugar nenhum, o que pode ser inconveniente para quem prefere explorar a cidade caminhando. Café da manhã: Bem básico, deixa a desejar. O suco servido é de pó e não há reposição adequada dos itens. Em ambos os dias da minha estadia, o pão de queijo estava queimado e muito escuro, o que impactou negativamente a experiência. Serviço de quarto: Tivemos alguns problemas logo na chegada. As toalhas estavam sujas e tivemos que pedir a troca. Além disso, não havia edredom disponível no quarto e também tivemos que solicitar. Em ambos os casos, o hotel não oferece a conveniência de levar os itens ao quarto; o hóspede precisa ir até a recepção para buscar. Conforto do quarto: O isolamento acústico é praticamente inexistente. Acordei várias vezes durante a noite devido ao barulho nos corredores. Além disso, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, o que prejudicou ainda mais o descanso. Conclusão: Apesar dos problemas, dá para ficar no hotel, mas eu pessoalmente não retornaria.

A localização é boa, pois fica próximo à Lagoa da Pampulha, e o quarto em que eu fiquei era bem espaçoso. Porém, o isolamento acústico da acomodação era péssimo, já que os demais hóspedes conversavam nos corredores durante à noite. Outro ponto insatisfatório foi o café da manhã, que possuía pouquíssimas opções.

Insatisfeita com quase tudo, localização ok.
Fizemos nosso check-in por volta das 15h do dia 26/10, e notamos que não tinha cobertor no quarto, fomos até a recepção e a moça (super apática) disse que só chegaria por volta das 18h30, achamos estranho porque 3 dias antes ficamos um dia no hotel e já tinha cobertor. Fomos no horário informado por ela buscar os cobertores e a moça da noite disse que sempre teve cobertor, e perguntou se foi a moça da tarde que havia passado essa informação...e pediu desculpas, deixou a entender que a moça da tarde não quis entregar por preguiça e disse que não era a primeira vez que isso acontecia. Ficamos extremamente impactadas com a falta de profissionalismo da moça da tarde, sem contar que ela está recepcionista e não demonstrou nenhuma emoção, em todos os momentos que ela estava lá ela nunca respondia os cumprimentos. O banheiro do quarto estava vazando uma água pelo box e não tinha nenhuma toalha de chão/pano. Ficamos no último andar e tinha uma tubulação de água que sempre pela manhã ficava escorrendo água e acabava nos acordando com o barulho, creio que ela deve ser redirecionada pra outro lugar, pois o barulho é alto e incomoda. O café da manhã também achamos sem muitas opções. Estacionamento muito caro, poderiam incluir diretamente na estadia, pela localização se torna obrigação deixar o carro no local.
