This magnificent apartment is located on the Benalmádena coast with a large double bedroom and stunning views of the sea from the Bil Bil castle and Santa Ana beach. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment is located in the Benal Beach complex with 1 bedroom and stunning views of the Bil Bil castle and Santa Ana beach. From its large terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the sea where you can enjoy the sun all day thanks to its south-west orientation.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large complete bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a TV with international channels, WiFi, pools and a restaurant.

POOLS: A single pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).

The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, we cannot accept complaints for this reason or for the closure of the pools.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

To ensure and expedite the registration process, tourists are required to provide an image of their ID and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with the current GDPR regulations. The images of the ID and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must be registered to comply with local legislation. You will have received a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register online securely. If you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible. With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior and nationwide, as of December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to request the following information from all our customers:

- First name
- Middle name
- Gender
- ID number
- Document support number
- Document type (DNI, passport, TIE)
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Usual place of residence (full address, city and country)
- Landline phone
- Mobile phone
- Email
- Number of travelers
- Relationship between travelers (in case one of them is a minor)

In addition to personal data, our government also requires us to inform and send the following data regarding the transaction to the authorities:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Contract execution: date and time of entry and date and time of exit
- Property: full address, number of rooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, bank transfer...), identification of the payment method (card type and number, bank account IBAN, mobile payment solution, others), payment method holder, card expiration date and payment date.
