Great hotel in Bend, Oregon
We stayed on the 3rd floor in a king bedroom. There was a couple items of trash laying around that were not from us and it looked like they skipped vaccumming but other than that the room seemed clean enough. We had a view of the mountains in the distance and the hotel was very responsive for requests of hand soap and Kleenex. Check in and check out was a breeze and all of the staff we encountered we friendly. My boyfriend especially liked the walk in shower. Would definitely stay here again. We even had breakfast at Lifty’s which is a quick walk up the road.

Great last minute booking on hotels.com
The hotel Peppertree was a last minute scheduled stay. We are very surprised with the cleanliness in the rooms. The palace on the bed could’ve been soft or larger as they seemed a little small, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was from Stumptown in Portland. The best thing was they brought in local bagels, that were spectacular! We’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel, Peppertree and the next five weeks

If you're staying one night or possibly even two nights, I would recommend staying here. If you're staying more than that, skip. What I liked: The location is really good for me for work. Bed and rooms are comfortable. Clean, modern. What needs to improve: Housekeeping is only on the 5th day. This is crazy. And you can't request housekeeping earlier. The constant texts from front desk reminding about free breakfast and drinks/small bites. There's only two coffee pods. How does this work if service doesn't happen until the 5th day? I asked for more coffee pods and they also brought me towels... But instead of putting them in my room they left them in a bag in front of my door. Tacky. A lot of places do every third day or every other day service. And if you need it earlier, they help. I couldn't get service and stayed 4 nights and got to my room after a full day of work to a bag in front of my door. Just felt odd. I travel a lot. In fact, platinum on hotels.com and never had this lack of hospitality in a place that looks amazing.

Bedding was suspiciously wrinkled and there were actually hairs on the sheets. Sheets were pilled and thin. Shower was poorly tiled with gaps between the tiles. Towels looked dingy. Overall hotel looked as if it had been recently remodeled, but the remodel was poorly completed. Definitely not worth the hotel rate.
