ADA service animal violation.
Reserved room was changed because of ADA service animal, against ADA regulations. Service animals are required by law to have access to all areas accessible to the public. Toilet roll holder was broken, faucet hot & cold knobs reversed.

Friendly staff, quiet location, you are close to most of the medical offices and hospital if you are there for any medical reason. I also like that some of the hot food items on the continental breakfast are different each morning. I especially like that my room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The employees where awesome. But the rooms and hall ways were very worn-out and didn't feel clean. This place really needs an updating, and better quality of linens and towels.

Other than the room was not clean and the garbage pin was full from previous resident. And the shower was not good. Very slow water. The hotel is nice. Convenient walkable to dining and gas station. Nice property for the price.
