Welcome Home to 10 Rogue Lane! Sunriver, Oregon is a hub for outdoor adventure. Whether you're into fishing the crystal clear waters of the Deschutes River or finding fresh powder at Mt. Bachelor, 10 Rouge has you covered. 10 Rouge will be the perfect place to unwind and connect with family and friends after an adventure filled day. The home is warm and inviting and fully equipped for all the needs of a great get away.

The space

The spacious great room brings the family together for activities and meals. A gas fired stove adds a cozy feel to the great room, and the vaulted shiplap ceilings give the home that traditional Sunriver feel. Two large decks can be accessed through the great room's glass sliding doors. This is the perfect spot for family BBQ's and enjoying the lovely Sunriver weather.

Nestled in the trees, the home has easy access to the bike trails. We are located within an easy bike ride to the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory, SHARC, Fort Rock Park and the Deschutes River. Unwind in the private HOT TUB after a day on the slopes or challenge a friend in a game of table tennis match on our competition quality ping pong table. Bikes are included along with 8 SHARC passes for more family fun. This home is proudly owned and managed by a resident Oregon family. If you would like suggestions on fun activities in the area feel free to give us a call. We hope you love our home as much as we do.

Amazing stay again
We came to Sunriver for the Bend Travel Baseball Tournament. We chose to stay here at 10 Rogue for the 2nd year in a row because of how amazing the location is. The owners are great and the price is good.

We really enjoyed this home. It was spacious, comfortable and located in a perfect place to take advantage of all that was offered in Sun River. Amazing Stay
My family and I stayed here for the Memorial Weekend Travel Baseball Tournament. It was perfect. Many of our teams' families stayed in the same community. Our house was great, we often had the boys downstairs playing ping pong or riding bikes in the neighborhood. The host were great, checked in with us and were very accomodating. Would love to stay here again next year same weekend.

Wonderful home in Sunriver!
This is a lovely home in Sunriver that comes with everything you'll need for family fun! The hit for us was the bikes of all sizes (just bring helmets or rent some in the village)! We jumped on the trails right away! We also utilized the SHARC passes you can utilize, hot tub, played ping pong & enjoyed staying cool with air conditioning. We appreciated the nice binder with instructions & the welcome sparkling cider & chocolates. All the touches in this home make it a great place to stay!

Fun Family Vacation
Sunriver is the perfect destination for a busy family who needs a much needed getaway to reconnect and build some special memories. We had a blast- from epic monopoly games, bike rides, relaxing in the hot tub and exploring the nature center- the special treat was all the local wild life we would encounter on a daily basis- so much fun! We will be sure to return!

Perfect rental!
The house was more than we expected! Very clean, rooms were spacious, hot tub was amazing, and overall a great location. The bonus was the heated garage with a ping-pong table, we had a blast. The owners were quick to communicate as well which is so nice! We will definitely be coming back!
