SUPERB extremely clean and well presented. It’s the little things that count, the staff are very friendly and polite with a genuine smile and the central garden and pool area is very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Very well maintained, lots of small thoughtful details. Appreciated the free guest laundry room. Very clean and tidy room, very comfortable. Lovely outdoor area for guests with a small pool. Only negative were the noise from the trains right behind the building, I suggest asking for a room on the side rather than back of the building.

Lovely and clean property. The staff do a wonderful job. The rooms are comfortable and great location across from the park.. Only two things i would want to improve. One, the curtains, as the light from the outside shine in around the curtains. Also i would ban smoking from the in circle. I couldn't have my door open for fresh air for the kids due to a lady smoking in the in circle. I'm an ex smoker and would never be that inconsiderate and would have smoked out the front of my door near my car like another gentleman did. I think it should be banned in the circle where kids can play and swim in the pool especially since it drifts so easily into room. The facility itself i would definitely recommend for anyone including people with kids. We were travelling with 2 young children.

We found the accommodation very good. The rooms were large and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served an excellent standard of food, with good service and a nice atmosphere. Parking was conveniently outside our door. There was a good view across the lake and all the amenities were in walking distance or certainly less than 5 minutes drive away. We would certainly recommend this venue.

Meticulously presented, clean room and property. Convenient drive to centre of town where we had an event. Reception was proactive about sorting our arrival after the office closed at 6pm. Some noisy guests after midnight but eventually it was very quiet. Not sure if there is any staff on site if we needed to ask about quietening them? Overall, comfortable stay, thank you.

Large comfortable room, especially the bed. Staff are lovely and so helpful. We requested an additional bottle of milk for our coffee, to which they had run out of. Instead of sending us to a servo or convenience store, we were given a jug of milk from the kitchen. Highly recommend dinner at the restaurant- the chicken and barramundi dishes were sublime. Overall a lovely place that we will be staying at again.

We enjoyed our stay, although the property is on the main road we didn't hear any traffic, or guests coming and going. Our room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We ordered room service one night and they forgot my husbands meal and gave us 2 peppers and no salt. We ordered breakfast in our room the next morning and they forgot our juice , when they eventually bought it over it was the wrong juice. The restaurant is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday which is majorly inconvenient, we spent a bit more to stay her and it was totally not worth it.
