Cuando hice mi reservación, se me indicó que el hotel ya había cobrado la estancia por 5760 rupias. Y que no necesitaba confirmar la reservación. Se me indicó en el correo de confirmación que el check in era a las 11 y el check out a las 10. Al llegar al hotel no tenían ninguna reservación a mi nombre y el costo del hotel era por 6 horas, no por una noche como en un hotel normal, tuvimos que hacer check in a las 12 de la noche y salir a las 9 pagando 3 horas extras, lo que sumó un total de 9600 rupias. Estoy totalmente insatisfecha por la pésima información que manejo expedia para hacer la reservación

Hotels.comでチェックしているのか大いに不満だ。予約した金額とは倍近い。一泊の金額に対して、6時間とそれを超えた時間分を支払いした。 時間制とは一言も書いてない。まるで詐欺行為だよ！
