Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- Booking fee 61 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 65 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November - May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed fully per consumption.
The Space:
Wonderful holiday villa with private pool and wonderful sea views. The house is located in a very quiet area (dead end) in Moraira, Baladrar.
Available for rental is the apartment upstairs (in the lower part of the house are cellars). From the covered terrace you have a magnificent sea view.
The house has a beautifully furnished living-dining room, kitchen (with dish-washer), 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (two with air-condition).
Internet connection with wifi is available for the tenants. There is garden furniture with seat and sun-beds for 6 people.
There are 4 sun-beds, 2 sun-chairs and a moveable barbecue available.
