Fantastic sea view villa with large pool, sauna and Jacuzzi

Wonderful luxury Villa with fantastic sea view and close to various beaches. The Villa is on a dead end road within walking distance to the sea (Cala Advocat), between Moraira and Calpe. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops are just minutes by car. The Villa has an electric gate which guarantees safety and complete privacy. Within the gate there is parking for 2 cars. Built on 2 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. In addition, 2 excellent sofa beds in the living room directly by the pool. That makes this Villa very suitable for 2 families or a group of friends of 10 people in total. Grandpa, grandma with children and grandchildren also have a great holiday. For the little ones we also have 2 baby beds and high chairs so that the total can be 12 people. The Villa is not rented separately, so only as a group of people who know each other. The lower terrace has a large swimming pool (50 m2) with comfortable walk-in and a hot / cold water outside shower. The garden with beautiful palm trees, citrus trees, cypresses and other botanical plants also gives access to the sauna. On the ground floor is a large naya (covered terrace) and outside kitchen. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and a wine & dine during balmy summer evenings. The Barbecues (gas and charcoal) can be used here for the delicious Spanish "Solomillo" or delicious pollo'tje.
If you prefer to stay closer to Moraira, we now also have a new villa in El Portet for rent. If you enter the number 10055132 in the taskbar at VRBO (in the field: "where do you want to go"), this beautiful villa is almost on the beach of El Portet.

Beautiful Villa near Moraira
Large and well maintained villa in a beautiful area, close to the sea. Many great beaches locally and superb beaches. The villa is spacious but homely. My family had a wonderful 2 week stay and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable villa with a great location and lovely sea views. The separate layout with interconnecting bedrooms downstairs worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Everything was beautifully presented and the property manager Ulli was friendly and really helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we hope to come back.

Wonderful villa
Amazing property with lovely views. Car needed to get around, some lovely coves nearby where you can sit with a drink and food available from the nearby restaurants. The villa has everything you need, a real home from home. Bathrooms are very modern, beds very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna a real bonus and welcomed on a few chilly evenings in February. Communication with host and also management on site excellent, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, you wont regret it. Also considering booking again next year, maybe trying the owners other villa at El Portet.

This is a lovely Villa with all amenities and a superb sea view. You will need a car to get out and about. It has many features including the large Naya. pool, terrace and garden but also the Jacuzzi on the top floor overlooking the Sea !

Lovely large villa
Overall we had a great time in the villa, it’s well equipped with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. There are 5 double bedrooms, although a couple are joined. Perfect for a group of 7 and a baby. The villa is in a quiet location, you do need a car to get to shops and restaurants. There is a small beach about 1 mile away. Lots of beaches within 10-20mins drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby, we liked Grizzlies near Calp. We did have a mixup at checkin, due to the normal person being on holiday, but she sorted it from Italy. Overall would recommend villa for a large family group.

Gorgeous villa
Beautiful villa. We were a family of 8 (4 couples). We each had our own bathroom and privacy. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool, view, bbq, terraces were all wonderful. We had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa
The villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool and sun loungers were used everyday! Did a day trip to Moraira and it was great, loads of restaurants, shops and a beach. Great restaurants near by. I would recommend hiring a car, it’s quite a hill to the villa but we were fine with a 9 & 7 year old but wouldn’t like to attempt it with a pram or elderly (probably more the walking in the heat than the hill). Great villa, amazing holiday!

Words can not describe the beauty...
From start to finish, we enjoyed our trip to Benissa so much. The communication with the home owners was easy, efficient and friendly. Ulli was so sweet and helpful! The home had everything you possibly could need for a comfortable and unforgetable vacation in the most beautiful location you can imagine. I want to now buy a home there after this trip! I can't say enough good things about it! If you are thinking about it.....just do it! you wont regret!!

Fantastic place
The Villa is very spacious with many shared spaces for friends to hang out. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the valley and the sea, the sunrises and sunsets. Secluded and quiet house at the end of a dead end road. Loved the sauna and the pool even in January. The owner has been prompt, incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Comfortable beds and very clean property all around. Highly recommended!

What an amazing Villa!
What an amazing Villa!!! We all loved it. We were a party if 8, British and Spanish (4 teenagers and 6 adults, a mix of ages) and it was perfect for all of us. The Villa has everything you could need and is furnished beautifully. All of the beds are a very good size and very comfortable, we all slept well. The views were lovely especially from the balcony where we spent many an hour all sat around the table eating, drinking, chating, playing cards and laughing so much. The pool was absolutely perfect in every way. Very private and not overlooked at all. The villa is beautifully tucked away in the hillside. Nearby is Moraira which is a lovely little town with its beach and good restuarants and plenty of parking, we wished we had spent more time there. In the other direction was Calpe which is a much bigger resort with a long beach and plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. Further on is Benidorm where we visited for the teenagers and the water sports and a boat trip. We were always happy to return to our villa and step straight in to the pool. All of our best memories are of time spent at the villa. We all felt we lived a life of luxury and fun for the week and we all miss it so much and can not wait to return.

Wunderbare Villa mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und tollem Blick
Wir haben im Oktober 2023 11 Tage mit 3 Paaren in der Villa verbracht. Las Brisas ist eine absolute Traumvilla – die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Wunderbarer Pool, genau richtig zum Schwimmen, aber auch Plantschen im vorderen Bereich. Toller Blick von Pool und Terrassen auf die Hügel und das Meer. Obwohl die Bebauung drumherum sehr eng ist, merkt man das in der Villa und beim Ausblick nicht – die umliegenden Hügel sind dicht begrünt und verbergen die anderen Häuser gut. Die hässlichen Hochhäuser in Calpe sind nicht zu sehen. Der Poolbereich ist von den anderen Häusern aus kaum einzusehen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung hochwertig, die Betten bequem, die Bäder toll, die Küche großzügig und bestens ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es 2 Grills und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, am Pool ausreichend bequeme Liegen und eine Lounch-Ecke. Highlight die nagelneue Sauna und der Whirlpool, beides mit Blick auf Hügel und Meer. Der Kontakt zum sehr netten Vermieter war prima und schnell, auch zur Verwalterin vor Ort. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir kaum Ausflüge gemacht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Tolles Haus
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders ist der Blick aufs Meer auch aus im Schlafzimmer. Ich das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
