Welcome to Matimi, a charming rural house located in the heart of nature in Benissa, a true oasis of serenity with panoramic views of the sea and the majestic surrounding mountains. Located in the picturesque area of Benimallunt, this property is literally immersed in the mountain, surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, where the only sound you will hear is the melodic birdsong and the whisper of the wind through the trees. This refuge is the perfect destination for those seeking a few days of rest and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, with the possibility of exploring hiking routes and experiencing authentic agrotourism.

Matimi, an old house rehabilitated for modern comfort, offers you six charming rooms distributed across two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a cozy living room perfect for enjoying television or games, and a bathroom with a shower. From here, you will have direct access to the pool, creating a fluid space between the interior and exterior.
On the upper floor, three more bedrooms await, each with double beds. One of those rooms is en suite.
Both the kitchen and outdoor space are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, you can enjoy the glazed Riu Rau, with its dining area and living room where there is also a sofa bed.
The house features a private pool where you can spend refreshing days, relaxing on the loungers and enjoying impressive views of the surrounding nature, the imposing Oltà mountain range, the emblematic Peñón de Ifach, and the sparkling sea in the distance.
It also has an electric car charger, a paella pan, and a gas griddle where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
