The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spenders and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Welcome to Nessa, a wonderful villa located on Mediterranean grounds by the quiet residential area “La Joya”. Its elevated position provides us with scenic views over the entire beautiful landscape. Only 5 Km. separate us from the beautiful sand beach “ El Portet” in Moraira, a little coast town where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored. The adventurous ones will find various water activities by its sand beach. The nice golf course in Jávea can also be explored a couple of minutes drive away from the villa. It is an excellent choice if you are looking for both, a relaxed and lively holiday experience.

The entrance offers parking for 2 cars, flowing toward the spacious terrace, surrounded by a magical Mediterranean garden throughout. The Private swimming pool and the new outside kitchen form the heart of the home. Overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean countryside, it is redeeming in every way. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and various patios offering both shade and sun. The interior is a two-story holiday home, connected through external and internal stairs. From the pool area, stairs lead up to a balcony with an outdoor dining area, overlooking the entire landscape.

Following a spacious lounge/dining room with TV+DVD+SAT with English TV channels and a cozy fireplace together with patio doors with direct access toward a large covered dining area. We continue to a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom, all of them with A/C units, plus a shower room. Internal stairs lead down toward another double bedroom with an En-Suite shower room and another shower /WC with a washing machine on the pool level
