NÃO RECOMENDO Fiquei extremamente INSATISFEITO com a minha estadia neste hotel. Desde o momento em que cheguei, a experiência foi MUITO abaixo do esperado. O check-in foi confuso e demorado, com a recepção despreparada e sem qualquer simpatia. O quarto estava sujo, com poeira acumulada. O banheiro PEQUENO e a maçaneta da porta quebrada. Além disso, o barulho no corredor durante a noite foi insuportável, tornando difícil dormir. A localização, que parecia promissora, não compensou os problemas internos. Pelo valor da diária, o hotel não oferece conforto, área de lazer e piscina. Não recomendo este hotel. Definitivamente, não vale o preço cobrado e não voltarei. Mil vezes o antigo hotel Dall’Onder.

Local muito bom recomendo, quarta grande, confortável e hotel bom. Nota baixa em limpeza pois no nosso banheiro havia cabelo no ralo e o café da manhã precisa ser aprimorado a logística e quantidades de itens devido a quantidade de quartos (filas!)

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste Hotel. Em termos gerais é maravilhoso, mas nesta ultima estadia tivemos o desconforto do café da manhã estar lotado, sem lugar pra sentar, havia algum evento no Hotel e foi um pouco desorganizado nesta situação.

Hotel novo, confortável, ótima localização, café da manhã excelente. Equipe da recepção, com exceção das meninas que apresentaram-se bem solicitas, falta trato com o cliente. Na chegada apenas me entregaram o cartão do quarto, de forma ríspida, sem mais informações sobre o hotel: horário do café da manhã, onde fica o quarto, como entrar em contato com a recepção… Acredito que precisam ser melhor treinados quanto a isso.
