Todellakin poissa kotoa! Vuonna 2012 kunnostettu mökki, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 128 Superior St., koostuu viidestä makuuhuoneesta, kahdesta täydestä kylvystä ja nukkuu 11. Kolmessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on päähuone, jossa queen-vuode, huone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja huone, jossa on täysi sänky ja erillinen kerrossänky sen yläpuolella. Kahdessa alakerran huoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa vyöryvä sänky (kaksi erillistä patjaa.) Ruokapöydässä on runsaasti penkkejä ja 42-tuumainen plasmatelevisio perhehuoneessa tekee television katselusta nautinnon. Avoin konseptin pohjapiirros maksimoi tilan ja virtaa mukavasti. Nauti mökin turvatarkasta kuistilta, jossa voit seurata kaikkien matkalle matkalle rannalle tai keskustaan, ja hyvää kyllä, hyttyset eivät saa sinusta! Se on aina kaikkien suosikki rentoutumispaikka! Mökki on kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja keskustasta - yhden korttelin päässä rannalta ja kaksi korttelin päässä joen kadulta ja keskustasta. Katso länteen ja voit vangita kauniita auringonlaskuja tai kävellä alas bluffiin nähdäksesi horisontin läheltä ja henkilökohtaista! Lasten täytyy polttaa höyryä pois? Kävele heitä muutaman korttelin päässä suuresta perhepuistosta ja leikkipaikasta, Kid's Cornerista. He löytävät myös viihdettä "lastenhuoneessa", jossa on leluja, maalausteline ja lasten käsityöpöytä. Tuo polkupyörät tai vuokraa ne yhdestä kaupungin monista polkupyörien vuokrausliikkeistä ja nauti VanBuren-pyöräreitistä, joka kulkee kätevästi mökin ohi.
Mökissä on kaapeli-TV, langaton internet, ilmastointi, DVD-soitin, uusi kaasugrilli ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Keittiö on käyttövalmis ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon ja tarjoiluun. Siellä on kahvinkeitin ja Keurig. Tarjoamme myös kaiken mitä tarvitset lomaasi aloittamiseen - paperipyyhe, wc-paperi, astiasaippua jne. Tarjoamme vuodevaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet, jotka molemmat ovat juuri ostettuja. Sinun tarvitsee vain tuoda vaatteesi ja rantapyyhe!
Koti on hoidettu moitteettomasti ja vuokralaiset kommentoivat aina hämmästyttävää sijaintia ja sisustusta. Tule katsomaan itseäsi!

Kesäisin pääviikkojen vuokrat ovat sunnuntai-sunnuntai. Sisäänkirjautumispäivä on joustava ja oleskelun vähimmäiskesto joitain kesä- ja elokuun viikkoja. Lähetä minulle kysely saadaksesi lisätietoja.

Sisäänkirjautumisaika on kuusitoista. Uloskirjautuminen viipymättä klo 11.00. Ole hyvä ja ota huomioon nämä ajat, koska mökki on puhdistettava uusille saapuville.

Holiday weekend was perfect!
This house is wonderful! It is within walking distance to both the beach and downtown and the owners let us borrow the beach wagon, which really helped. They provided all that was necessary and we had enough room inside and out for the 9 of us. It was clean, well decorated and had new heating/air and appliances. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

A perfect beach getaway
Overall, the beach bungalow is a fantastic place and I recommend it to others! I’ll be happy to stay there again if I find myself in south haven in the future. It’s got everything you need and is steps away from the beach. It was a great place to have fun, unplug, and relax.

The Beach House was a perfect getaway for us! Location is excellent- very close to the beach and walking distance from downtown. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxation time. Highly recommend!

Great location, renovated but still old in some ways
The location of this house is perfect - two blocks to the stairs to the beach, easy walk to downtown. I thought, from the photos, the house was recently renovated or maybe even new. It is not. It was renovated at some time, but the floors are slanted and the fixtures show wear. All of that was fine, I just expecting something newer. The house decor is cute. The furniture is comfortable, though there are not enough seats for the number of guests it can accommodate. The dining table only has benches. The stove needs to be lighted with a lighter, and the dishwasher is small. There is no real yard, so cookouts would be on the driveway. Having said that, we had a great time! Just think of it as an older South Haven house - it was like many others we have stayed in.

Perfect for our 2 families
The space was clean and well maintained. We had 2 families stay there with 5 kids under 7 and the layout was perfect for it. One family of 4 took the downstairs bedrooms and family of 5 upstairs. The kids toys was a welcomed bonus for our Littles, and the common area was big enough we didn't feel crowded on a rainy day. We walked to town and the beach every day and even a couple of the kids could walk it without riding in a wagon. I would recommend this house to families, and would stay here again 100%.

Fantastic location
Second year staying at this place. Clean and perfect location. 2 blocks to beach and town! Owner extremely responsive. Had one small issue and the owner had someone out to fix it ASAP. Will definitely stay here again.

Great home and great location
We prefer homes that the owners use themselves. This home falls into that category. The place is clean and cared for and we would do for our own vacation home. I would suggest this place to anyone and will probably stay there again.

Charming and Quaint House at a Great Location
This house is very charming. The screened in porch was a wonderful way to share our coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. The beach is a quick stroll to watch the magnificent sunsets. My sisters & I had a marvelous time. The owner was very responsive to our requests. Overall, it was fabulous.

Great location
Location was ideal, about 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown. The place was configured well for us, kids upstairs, parents downstairs. Despite being an older building the house was clean. The only real issue was the upstairs was hot. The air conditioning system works, but it is out of balance, downstairs ok, upstairs hot. The kids did not mind much, but I would have trouble sleeping if we had to sleep upstairs.

Disappointing!
Please read Pat M.’s review of July 17th. We found similar conditions during our 8/1-8/8 stay … which means that the owner did little to resolve any of the issues after Pat M.’s review was posted. In addition, we found the couch stained and dirty, filthy windowsills, a broken window latch in the kitchen held together with masking tape, a broken bathroom fan, a bedroom smoke detector hanging by wires from the ceiling and without a battery, completely demolished upstairs bathroom window blinds and a large kitchen floor vent filled with a spider web so large it was horrific. We did not feel comfortable at all letting our grandson crawl on the floor. Plus, there was only one key for the entire house. In our case we DID contact the owner who offered us a full refund if we wanted to leave – a completely unworkable remedy as this was our family vacation, we live across the country and South Haven was fully booked. The next day the owner brought flowers and wine and came over to clean. She also sent her handyman over on Tuesday for some of the other repairs. But the communication and visits required to even partially remedy the situation – not to mention our ongoing questioning of the cleanliness of the home – disrupted and put a damper on our one-week vacation. I understand the quirks and quaintness of an older beach home, but the disrepair and poor equipping of this one felt incommensurate with the cost – which was much pricier than listed due to high-season rates.

Fantastic Location But Caution For Small Children
This is a quaint older house in a fantastic location - a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk into town! The house was as shown in the pictures, with plenty of bedrooms for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch. However, we found that the house came with lots of older house quirks. The air conditioning could not keep up upstairs so the bedrooms were very warm, particularly during the day. The kitchen is older and full of ants - any food left on the counter overnight was completely overrun with ants the next morning. And most concerningly, the staircase does not have a railing and we spent the entire trip afraid that one of the kids (ages 7, 4, 3, 1.5 and 1) would fall over the 5-6 foot drop and get hurt. It made for a rather stressful trip. We were also disappointed to arrive at check-in time and find that the house was still being cleaned. We weren't able to access the house until almost 45 minutes later, which is quite a long time when you have hot, melting down kids. Overall we'd recommend the house to families with older kids or adults-only based on the location alone, but would strongly recommend against for families like us with young children given the stair rail situation.

We were a bit crowded in this house. Next time we will get a bigger place. We did like the porch.
We loved the location of the property. It as so nice to be able to walk everywhere. We had a beautiful week there. Love South Haven!!
