Summary:
Perfect for business travelers, families looking to experience the dynamic Scotts Family Museum, the MTB Shredders, the art enthusiasts, the foodies, the outdoor obsessed, the music lovers, & travelers wanting to enjoy all that Bentonville has to offer. Great location for guests wanting to spend their days exploring Crystal Bridges Museum, or shredding some "Techgnar", this house has you so close to the All-American trail system, and the entire diverse Bentonville MTB & walking trails.
The Space:
This 5-bedroom beautiful space is designed to be enjoyable and relaxing after a day of adventures! Whether it's an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed, tv, as well as large bathroom with jet tub. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The 1st room has a queen bed, 2nd has a queen, the 3rd has 2 queen bunk style beds with 2 twins on top, the 4th has a king bed. There is a TV in the bunk room and king rooms but not the queen rooms. There is a kid's room downstairs with a rock-climbing wall for kids under 12, Lego wall, TV, LED lights, board games.
Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard except for 2 locked closets and 1 locked cabinet.
There is a propane grill and firepit at the property for guest use. There is an extra $15 charge for propane. Please let me know if you plan to use the grill while you're there.
The Neighborhood:
We are close to all that Downtown Bentonville and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops!

Approved pets only allowed at this property. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet so it can be approved. Pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet.
