* Family friendly: As parents, we know how challenging it can be to travel with little ones. We’ve bolted the living room TV to the table so little hands won’t knock it onto themselves. The dishwasher is childproof (buttons don't work when dishwasher is closed). Some items we provide for your convenience include: stand-alone high chair, Pack n’ Play, baby bathtub, electric outlet slide covers, stove knob covers, hand blender for pureeing food, professional Ninja blender. We also provide unbreakable wheat straw cups and a completely plant-derived kid dish set free of melamine, plastics, BPA, BPS, PVC, phthalates, dyes, nitrosamines, formaldehyde, and lead.

Your health and safety are important to us: we provide our guests with a respite from artificial fragrances and colors, with fragrance-free and dye-free hand soap, dishwashing and laundry detergents, and other cleansers. Mattresses are CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates) medium-firm memory foam.

Main Suite : 1 King Bed (upgraded hybrid memory foam and cooling gel mattress, purchased new in June 2022) with bench for your suitcases. 43” Samsung Smart TV, lounge chair, speed-adjustable ceiling fan, triple-layer blackout curtains, and private master bathroom with a walk in shower. Second Bedroom: 1 Queen bed (upgraded hybrid memory foam and cooling gel mattress, purchased new in January 2023) with small sitting area/bench. Stay comfortable with the speed-adjustable ceiling fan and triple-layer blackout curtains. Full-length mirror.

Third Bedroom: 1 bunk bed with two upgraded hybrid spring/memory foam twin-sized mattresses. Has a speed-adjustable ceiling fan, blackout curtains and genuine leather lounge chair.

Work space: Work from home! Third bedroom has a desk, a height-adjustable leather desk chair, and a bookshelf. We also provide high-speed wifi throughout the house.

Baths: 2 Full Baths with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner travel set. We also provide a baby/toddler bathtub (located in the third bedroom closet).

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal! Full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, toaster, hand blender, cutting boards, 12-piece knife block set, 33-piece kitchen tool set, dishware, silverware, mixing bowls with covers, wine glasses, wine opener, paper towels, unbreakable wheat straw cups for the kids, and more.

Coffee: Drip and single-serving machine. Keurig cups, pre-ground coffee packs, creamer and sugar provided. You’ll also be a 3 min. Walk (.2 miles away) from the local favorite coffee shop 7Brew.

Living Room: Wonderful place for everyone to hang out! Leather couch, leather reclining chairs, lounge chair, 44” Samsung smart TV with Samsung+ (over 180 channels) or stream your own apps, coat rack, shoe bench with welcome basket and complimentary slippers.

Dining Room: Eat surrounded by beauty! Room to sit 6 people for meals using the dining room and kitchen breakfast bar.

Outdoor Space: Outdoor propane fire pit and sitting area in backyard. 3-burner Grill Boss grill, full grill utensil set and propane provided.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer. Fragrance-free detergent and fabric softener provided.

Pets: One house trained dog allowed (no cats). Dogs not allowed on furniture. There is an additional $100 fee per stay for your pet and we'll request the fee after you book.

* 2 safety cameras are located above each entrance. Each one faces outward, not towards the interior of the house. They can record both audio and video from outside, but not inside, the home.

* Noise monitor under TV captures only noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.

* Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off (if accidentally turned on, guest can easily tap microphone icon and lower it to zero). The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

* Our lawn care team comes regularly on the weekends (usually Sat. or Sun.) to mow.
