少しトラブルがありましたが、速やかに対応していただいたり、予約の部屋よりグレードアップしてもらっていて快適に過ごせました。 オーシャンビューの部屋の予約でしたが、道路側のお部屋だったのが少し残念でした。 機会があればまた是非利用させていただきます！

香りと展望露天温泉の湯温の低さが残念
エントランス及びエレベーターの芳香剤？のかおりがキツいのには困りました。 展望露天温泉の景色は良いけど湯温が低く冬には厳しいですね。 お部屋の中は綺麗で広くて快適でした。

部屋が広くオシャレで清潔でした。 暗証番号で部屋の出入りが出来るのも気を使わなくて良かった。 展望露天風呂も最高でしたが気持ちぬるかった。 別府温泉は基本熱いけど。 もうちょっとお湯出せるようにしたら丁度良いと思います。
