What a great place for a holiday! With the North Sea and its beautiful sandy beach at your fingertips, this charming house offers you every opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. t Botteltje exudes cosiness and is small but very complete. At the front is a cosy living room with a lovely corner sofa and a separate comfortable couch. Against the stairs is a folding table that offers space for 2, maximum 3 people. The spacious bedroom with wardrobe leads to the shower room with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enter the garden through an outside door.
Outside there is a large terrace where you can spend many hours in the sun and sit sheltered from the wind. Via the steep stairs in the garden you have a beautiful view over the dunes and the picturesque village of Bergen aan Zee.

Of course you have free WLAN and 2 parking spaces on the property. Dogs are allowed after consultation. The house is located in a quiet street, only 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Bergen aan Zee. The beautiful Parnassiapark is across the street and offers lots of fun for children and parents.

Leider sehr dreckig! Schimmel im Bad! Einrichtung sehr alt und bescheiden. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen, freistehend und mit eigenem Parkplatz. Der kleine Garten ist sehr schön und ein kleiner Park zum Spazierengehen ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, von der nahen herrlichen Dünenlandschaft ganz zu schweigen. Der Standort ist mitten im Dorf und der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, das Sofa gemütlich. Alles da, um eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt nahe des Meeres
Wir haben den Urlaub in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt etwas versteckt und ist nicht einsehbar (wie man auch auf den Fotos schon sehen kann). Das Haus ist hell, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist nicht eingezäunt, weshalb wir immer darauf achten mussten, dass unser Hund nicht selbstständig die Umgebung erkundet (aber das ist ja nicht jedermanns „Problem“, uns hilft in solchen Fällen immer die Schleppleine und eine Befestigungsmöglichkeit). 🙂 Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und haben unserer Entscheidung genau dieses Haus gemietet zu haben nicht bereut…immer gerne wieder, vielen Dank! PS: Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber inklusive Schlüsselübergabe usw. lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich ab!
