Hello, I am so sorry for you had to experience the broken elevator. We have never had this issue with the elevator before. We are glad you were so happy with the location of the hotel! we are sorry for the noise from the bar in the building, this is something you are informed about when you book weekends with us, but we are sorry. We do not serve breakfast, if you want this you can buy it and eat at our sister hotel. Have a great day!
