Booked, paid, never received access code and couldnt reach host
We were really looking forward to a 5 day stay at this great looking property. Unfortunately we never received check in details and the host did not answer our messages via Vrbo or direct call/text message. We had to contact Vrbo and they couldn't reach the host either. Ended up having to request cancellation and refund and completely change our trip plans. Vrbo were apologetic and processed the refund within a week. Disappointed that we never heard anything back from the host.
