Nice and cheap hotel

Staff was nice, breakfast was good and the hotel was peaceful. Unfortunately WiFi was limited and the distance to the center was almost an hour. Public transfers worked well though.

Azimut täytti odotuksemme

Olemme käyneet Berliinissä lähes 20 kertaa Ebookersilta tilaamillamme matkoilla. Aina olemme olleet tyytyväisiä ja myös Azimut-hotelli Rudower Strassella vastasi hyvin odotuksiamme. Meillä ei ole tapana valittaa esim. hotellin tyynyistä ja vastaavista pikkuseikoista. Vietimme Azimutissa 24 yötä ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Erityisen kiitoksen ansaitsee hotellin sympaattinen henkilökunta. Ainoa asia, joka meitä hieman harmitti, oli radiokanavien puuttuminen tv:stä, olisimme mielellämme kuunnelleet musiikkia. Berliinin julkinen liikenne toimii hyvin kaikkialla kaupungissa, joten hotellin syrjäinen sijainti ei meitä yhtään haitannut. Ruokakauppoja, imbissejä, ruokaravintoloita, kahviloita ja kaljakuppiloita löytyy kävelymatkan päästä. Kävelymatkan päässä on myös pankkiautomaatti, jolta voi nostaa käteistä Visa Electron -kortilla (U-Bahnhof Britz Süd, Kaufland-tavaratalon aulassa). Suosittelemme lämpimästi Azimut-hotellia!

Hieman syrjässä

Hotelli on hieman syrjässä - mutta kyse on siitä, mistä? Jos haluaa rauhallisen ympäristön niin Azimut on siellä, jos menoa ja meininkiä, niin hotelli on syrjässä. Mutta Berliini on niin laaja kaupunki, että aina siellä joutuu matkustamaan jonnekin jollakin; Azimutista pääsee varsin näppärästi esim. Ku'damille busseilla 171 ja vaihto 46:een, tai 171 plus U7:llä 'keskustaan. Siivooja kävi huoneessa päivittäin, henkilökunta oli sellaista kuin joka paikassa: osa hiukka tympeitä, osa (enemmistö) tosi ystävällistä.

Surkee paikka

Netti yhteys maksoi 10 € per päivä eikä se toiminut ollenkaan. Suomessa maksan kuukaudessa saman,ja se toimii. Autopaikka maanalla maksoi myös 10 E per päivä. Ahneita...

Günstig, jedoch entspricht nicht der Werbung

Obwohl mit Internet geworben wird, habe ich in meinem Zimmer kein Wireless empfangen, auf meine Reklamation wurde nicht eingegangen. Es kümmerte sich auch niemand darum. Ein anderes Zimmer auf meinen Winsch hin, wurde mir nicht gegeben...

4 Sterne????

viel zu weit weg von der Stadt Mitte (mind. 3 x umsteigen /Bus-Metro) Zimmer miniatur! überhaupt nicht so wie abgebildet. im ersten Nacht vor Kälte verfroren. in der zweiten Nacht, eine zweite Decke dazugekriegt. Obschon Zimmer mit Wi-Fi bestellt und bezahlt, hiess es vor Ort, dass Wi-Fi nicht imbegriffen sei! Total enttäuscht!!
