Nice staff but the rooms are lacking

Double beds are two small twins pushed together with two single sheets. No kettle or spare sheets. Curtains and blinds don't really block out enough light. Also woke up with bites. Staff were very helpful though and a pleasure to deal with. A second pillow was provided when requested.

Einzigartig an dieser Untetkunft ist echt das Personal, habe selten so freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter erlebt. Daumen hoch dafür. Frühstück ist auch echt super für den Preis und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Einzig die viel zu schmächtigen Kopfkissen und die nicht vorhandene Kaffeemaschine ( auf den Fotos von ebookers ist in den Zimmern, konkret 3 Bett-Variante, mehrmals eine zu sehen) wären zu bemängeln. Wirklich gutes Stadthotel, welches ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werden, da die Location gut und der Rest prima ist.

Empfehlenswert

Pros: das freundliche Personal am Empfang und in der Bar
Cons: einzelne Sauberkeitsprobleme / Toilette bei mir nicht ganz sauber, Duschschlauch im anderen Zimmer erneuerungswürdig.

In Ordnung

Bei Ankunft war ich nicht im System auffindbar, danach habe ich angeblich eingecheckt und zum Schluss war es die Info, dass meine Buchung storniert ist. Am Ende bekam ich auch mein Zimmer, keine Ahnung wo das Problem war/ist. Preis-/Leistung in Ordnung. Lage war für uns eher ungelegen, mit Auto unterwegs Parkplätze hat das Hotel, Preis liegt bei 15 € pro Tag, auf der Str. kosten die Parkplpätze max. 10€. Ich wurde beim nächsten Berlin Trip ein anderes Hotel buchen, definitiv

Preis / Leistung für Silvester genial

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Standort ein bischen ausserhalb. Jedoch Ubahn in der Nähe. Würden dieses Hotel nochmals buchen.
