The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. Pictures can tell lies
They have several units from which they choose the best pictures. So you’re not looking at pictures of just your apartment. Moldy Bathroom. Shower that doesn’t drain well. We had a 4pm check-in didn’t hear from the owner until after 6pm. If you’re driving forget about it! There’s no parking within a mile after 5pm. The city center is a 20 minute drive. No close U or street car. I really wish I could post pictures to show how deceptive this Host is! But you get what you pay for. It was only 80 a night over new years. The neighborhood has some interesting history. The River is a nice walk. The Coffee shop on the corner was great place to start your day.

It was fine for the price and location
Location was great because of people I know in Moabit. It’s not a location for tourists. Bath is unpleasant. The shower didn’t drain, which is horrible. Extra bath towels would have been nice for the 5 days we stayed. For some reason there were only three of everything (plates, etc.) in the kitchen. Very random.

Simple and comfy place
This place was very comfortable. Gregor was easy to reach to let us in - and from there we never had any worries. Very private and secure. Lots of good food in the neighborhood and easy transportation methods everywhere. Nothing fancy but it fit our needs and was comfy.

No frills accommodation in central location
Great location for a wide variety of restaurants. Easy access to public transport. Not so good was accessing the top floor apartment with heavy bags up the stairs. Fortunately we had some assistance from our host. Comfortable beds with clean linen. Kitchen and bathroom functional but basic. Overall decent value for money.

I made the best memories here
I really enjoyed staying here. I was here for a month and I truly felt like a local living life in Berlin. I was here with someone and we both had the most incredible time exploring the neighborhood and just living here for the time being. I will never forget the memories I made on this trip, and this place made it all happen. If there is anything to note that would benefit other renters, I would say, walking to and from Turmstassa Ubahn station is about 10-15 min each way. But I was always glad to do so. I even made friends in the area which was such a godsend. We still keep in touch and Im hoping to visit them next time I return. Also, I wish my apartment had a microwave, but it also wasn't too big of a deal because I (and I'm not joking when I say this) usually eat all my food cold anyway. But it would have been nice to have one. The neighborhood is great too. I tried almost every restaurant nearby. Such good food a month wasn't enough to try it all. You must try the baklava! Would I stay here again? Absolutely. And hopefully some day soon I will come back. Thank you Gregor for letting me stay here.

Amazing Stay Amazing host
This was my first time in Berlin and I had an absolutely amazing experience! The room was exactly what I expected, a nice and cheap place to stay close to public transit, restaurants and stores. The host, Gregor is also a great host greeting me at the door and giving me a tour of my room, he also shipped my headphones back to me after I had forgotten at no additional charge!

We had a lovely time staying at this cool apartement in an excellent location. The flat was clean, light and cozy, had everything we needed, the neighborhood was full of places to eat, have coffee or shop, public transportation very nearby. Gregor was a great host. We would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay
This place was perfect for my husband and myself. Gregor was super helpful and let us drop our bags off early. He also gave us some food advice, which was delicious. The flat was in a great location, close to buses and the city. I would definitely stay here again if I go back through Berlin!

Die Kommunikation war vielversprechend, freundlich und verbindlich. Ich kann auch nicht verstehen, dass sich dahinter so eine abgewohnte Wohnung verbirgt. Und es war auch nach den Bildern und einer Bewertung von 9,0 nicht zu erwarten. Spinnweben an der Decken und den Lamen, die AbflĂŒsse mĂŒffeln, der KĂŒhlschrank hat wirklich widerlich gemĂŒffelt, der Abfluss der Dusche floss kaum ab und in der Dusche ist Schimmel. Boden und Betten schienen sauber, das Bett war bequem. Wer damit gut leben kann und dafĂŒr einen gĂŒnstigen Preis bekommt, wir keine Beanstandungen haben. Ich habe mich im Nachhinein geĂ€rgert, weil ich fĂŒr 100€ mehr in einem guten Hotel (4 Sterne) mit FrĂŒhstĂŒck hĂ€tte ĂŒbernachten können. Wir haben eh nicht gekocht in der KĂŒche und wie gesagt, der KĂŒhlschrank hat gestunken, so dass ich ungern Lebensmittel dort aufbewahrt habe.

L’appartamento ha tutto lo stretto necessario per passare una piacevole vacanza. Comunicazione con i proprietari ottima. Zona connessa ai mezzi, sopratutto ai bus che abbiamo preso quotidianamente. Si nota che l’appartamento e la struttura non siano di recente costruzione, ma se ci si accontenta va tutto benissimo.

Die Kommunikation war vielversprechend, freundlich und verbindlich. Dass sich dahinter so eine abgewohnte Wohnung verbirgt, war nach den Bildern und einer Bewertung von 9,0 nicht zu erwarten. Uralter, teilweise defekter Herd, kaputter Wasserkocher, der trotz direkter Meldung, innerhalb von 4 Tagen nicht ersetzt wurde. Der ein oder andere Kantenschutz sowie Spritzschutz beim Herd, sowie etwas frische Farbe wĂ€ren schon ein deutliches upgrade.  Wer darauf keinen Wert legt, kann hier gut ein paar Tage ĂŒbernachten.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es hatte alles was man fĂŒr einen kurz Urlaub benötigt. Die Matratze könnte ausgetauscht werden da sie schon etwas eingelegen ist. Bad kann ich wie die anderen Rezensionen bestĂ€tigen. Fazit fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub absolut ausreichend.
