My friends and I stayed in the 1st floor family room. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the old town. The mattresses were on the softer side, which I didn't mind but some of my other friends were concerned about accidentally rolling off the bed. Our one complaint was that the internet was spotty at best in our room, but it wasn't too much of a problem since we were out during most of the day.

Firstly and most importantly, the staff are lovely and helpful. The location is excellent for walking or public transport, with several stations nearby you can’t go wrong. The hotel is small, so make sure you have some breakfast plans elsewhere, it aside from that, perfect size, excellent location and definitely staffed with friendly folks.

Perfect stay in Berlin Mitte
We where pleased with our doubleroom superiore, lots of space and a bathroom very clean and with lots of space - a shelf for our toiletthings would be an improvement. We were very pleased with staying at a hotel rigth in the center of Berlin, and yet in a quiet area with great history. The receptionist were very helpfull all day, so in all we had a very nice stay which fully was living up to our expectations

A hidden gem from which to explore Berlin
A great hotel to use as a base to explore Berlin, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a 5 minute walk to the bustling Alexanderplatz or over the river to Museum Island. Good connections too to the rest of the city via the U-Bahn or Alexanderplatz station. Staff really friendly and hotel clean and tidy. No breakfast however the staff recommended Alex’s in the main square - again 5 minute walk - which suited us perfectly. As a first time visitor to Berlin I’d recommend if you are looking for a base from which to explore.

Location, service and condition - excellent
Room for five adults was excellent. Service and staff at this hotel are impeccable.the location is perfect for Alex Platz, Rathaus, the u Bahn , the tower and all museams. All can be reached on foot If it’s three star because there is no fixed a/c then the in room fan units were more than up to the job. 100% recommend the hotel and definitely will be back.

This my second stay at this lovely hotel. The staff has always been so friendly and courteous, including wishing me a joyous Christmas when I was here for it in December. They even mailed a camera I left in my room to my home in the US! Rooms are clean and spacious and the location is amazing. A major hub by the park and some amazing German restaurants all around!

It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel. I cannot think of anything to complain about. Clean, well maintained, accomodating, situated so incredibly beautifully in Berlin, and surrounded by several great local pubs and restaurants, staying here for 4 nights was the highlight of a 3 week trip.
