So central and close to many spots like Alexander Platz, the TV tower (Fernsehturm), Berlin Cathedral etc. Only one direct S-bahn train to the airport - super easy. Staff were great! They extended our check out by 1 hour and luggage storage is free. Definitely will recommend.

We stayed for four nights, when we arrived we told the staff about the toilet seat being unattached from the toilet, it never got fixed. The bed is uncomfortable as a couple- it’s two single beds and the bed frames are really wide, so to be close to my partner I would have to lie on wood. I would wake up in the night uncomfortable on the wood too. The aesthetics of the hotel were really nice. Also really clean, rooftop bar is beautiful.

Great location!
Amazing location! 5-minute walk from Museum Island. Same distance to the S/U station for easy navigation in the city. Although the room was air conditioned and the unit is set properly by the staff, we did find it difficult to sleep on hots nights. Still a great hotel at a good price,

Brilliantly located around the corner from Hackescher Markt S Bahn station - easy link to airport and Porsdam. City centre very walkable, brilliant range of restaurants just around the corner.

This hotel is in a great area for exploring, dining, shopping, and transportation. I felt safe walking everywhere. We never tried the restaurant because they were so many other other options around us. The hotel itself is very nice, the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and the beds were great..

Very poor aircon. Room dark like a morgue. Impossible to work. Clearly thinks its a club but this is not apparent on website. Staff are nice but know nothing, shake heads and refer everything to reservations phoneline, who dont pick up or reply to emails. Avoid.

Good points and not so good ones. Great area, near train line that goes to the airport and good, dark room. Beds comfortable, staff lovely and breakfast good. But the sheets were so scratchy that I had trouble sleeping on them. Probably wouldn’t be an issue in the winter. Also no conditioner in the bathroom, no fridge and not much room for suitcases. If you are not flexible the raised bath would be an issue. If they improved the sheets I’d be back.
