Hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä Neukolnissa. Hotellin asiakaspalvelu oli hieman vaihtelevantasoista ehkä kielitaidosta johtuen. Isoin ongelma oli ilmanvaihto, mitä ei juurikaan ollut. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsi melko rauhallisella kadulla, oli öisin joko pakko pitää ikkunaa auki, jotta ilma vaihtuisi ja kestää melua (ikkunat kadulle päin, kolmas kerros) tai sitten kärsiä heikosta sisäilmanlaadusta. Muuten siis halpahotelli. (maksullinen) Aamupala oli aika ankea esitys, mutta läheltä löytyi loistavia aamupalapaikkoja.
