Fantastic month
This place is wonderful. We stayed for a month and wouldve moved in full time if we could. About a 10 minute walk from the s bahn and 8 from the u bahn, getting around is SUPER convenient. There is elevator and stairs to the apartment. The terrace is lovely. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or eating dinner while reflecting on the day. Table on the terrace folded down to put out the drying rack when needed. Laundry machine was super convenient. Plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. But if you arent in the mood to cook, the neighborhood is filled with any cuisine you crave. Italian, german, vegan, halal. (We especially loved C’yah down the road). Its also very close to a food store should you need anything and a “drogerie” if you forget any other essentials. Right near the park if you want a good place to run or walk around. It also has a biergarten that was amazing to sit at around sunset. About a 15 minute walk is schloss charlottenberg which was fantastic as a tourist site and a great place to run as well. Showers could run out of hot water if we both showered right after each other (happened twice in the month) and Bernd did ask for a 100 euro cash deposit for the keys that wasn’t mentioned before arrival. Bernd was extremely communicative about our departure and accommodating our early morning flight to return the deposit and keys. But the apartment itself, the neighborhood, and berlin itself far outweigh those two hiccups. Will return hopefully!!

Just right size for two.
Great location, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk. We found the one flight of stairs from the street very convenient. We used the stairs most of the time but is was very nice to know we could use the elevator for luggage or heavy grocery loads. The kitchen was small but very easy to prepare most anything because of the large kitchen island.

Wonderful stay
Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a long term stay. Balcony with a wonderful view of green trees made the apartment seem larger. The owner was very accommodating and flexible with check-in when my flight was delayed. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment and 5 minute walk to SBahn. Strongly recommended.

LARGE in convenience, efficiency, cleanliness, style.
We stayed in this flat for one month and found it to be extremely efficient, clean, convenient and stylish. I was concerned that we might have to live out of our suitcases, but the large,well fitted closet allowed room for our suitcases, drawers, shelves and hangers for clothes along with shoe rack - clothes stayed neat and tidy. Bathroom is small, but again very efficient to include all facilities plus washing machine. A hanging rack on the balcony made for quick drying of clothes. The kitchen was well equipted with DW, fridge, stove. Plenty of coordinated dishes and pots and. pans. Glasses and cups appropriate for all types of beverages. Large windows front and back kept the flat nice and bright. Furniture was all in good condition -TV and internet worked very well. We experienced little noise from other flats or street noise. The bed was firm and comfortable, the outside and inside window shades made for dark sleeping. CONVENIENT! S bahn and Ubahn stations within a couple of blocks, bus stop- 1/2 block we easily traveled all over the city. Grocery 2 blocks and nice selection of excellent dining. Of course Lietzensee park a nice benefit. The view from the balcony is more of trees than the lake, but it made the large windows feel very private. I feel confident in highly recommending this HomeAway property. We would definitely rent this property again.

I booked an apartment at Neue Kant Str. 21 In Berlin for one week. You never know what you are going to get when you do this over the internet. The proprietor of this apartment was Bernd Nitz . He met me at the appointed hour at the location and showed me the place. It is a very clean small space perfect for two people, although I was by myself. The place had everything that you could want including a kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking a park. I was very satisfied with my stay. It is close to a bus stop and other amenities. I would certainly recommend this location and would stay there again if it is available. Frank Strama

FANTASTIC!!!
Small but excellent equipped apartment! Lovely park with lake (Lietzensee) right nextdoor to your 1st floor flat. Very convenient public transport access on your doorstep, takes you right up to Berlin Zoo /town. In easy walking distance from Berlin Messe. Small supermarket (Kaisers) in walking distance as well as some restaurants. Large shopping area (Wilmersdorfer straße) 4 stops on bus. No English TV apart from BBC World news. Host speaks English. All together we would definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war vorbildlich.Alles da.Lage gut.Anbindung Verkehr gut.Wohnung ruhig und amgenehm.
Abwicklung mit Herrn Nitz hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.Zustand vorbildlich,sauber,alles da. Restaurantempfehlungen gebe ich nicht,dass muss jeder für sich ausmachen.

Tolle Wohnung, ruhige Lage am Lietzensee, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, S-u. U-Bahn und Bahn-ICE
Toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit alles was man im Urlaub benötgt. Sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage am Lietzensee, den man umwandern kann. Es besteht eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, auch S- und U-Bahn und ICE und Regionalbahn ist auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe vorhanden. Ich hatte eine tollen Urlaub.
