Zunächst möchte ich mich aufrichtig bei Ihnen entschuldigen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und dass Sie Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Zustand Ihres Zimmers hatten.Es ist sehr bedauerlich zu hören, dass Ihr Zimmer abgenutzt war und dass das Bett kaputt war.
