We got a nice spacious room, with all the usual amenities. There are some lovely restuarants down the road, and while not super central, it's easy enough to get around from this Scandic

Air conditioning not working. Hotel mentioned me to open the windows but that catches road noise and flies. This is so ridiculous. They don’t want to clean the room, but they provide towels when we ask. With hotel controlled air conditioning, we suffered a lot. Better avoid this hotel if you want good air conditioning. Restroom also don’t have a good exhaust.

A convenient and comfortable stay. This well-located hotel is spotlessly clean, has well designed rooms with particularly comfortable beds and pillows, and offers a superb breakfast buffet (until 11am at the weekend). Add in the friendly service, efficient check-in and 12pm check out and it offers everything one needs for a very pleasant stay in the zoo area of Berlin.
