Hallo Andreas, danke für dein Statement!Es freut uns zu hören, dass du die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses mit 80% bewertet hast, und wir danken dir für diese positive Rückmeldung. Wir verstehen, dass die Lüftung und das Bett nicht ganz deinen Vorstellungen entsprochen haben. Unsere Zimmer sind mit einem zentral gesteuerten Belüftungssystem ausgestattet, das für eine gleichbleibende und angenehme Raumtemperatur sorgt. Auch wenn die Betten normalerweise für Komfort sorgen, tut es uns leid, dass dies bei deinem Aufenthalt nicht der Fall war. Bezüglich des Nachtlichtes, welches nicht ausschaltbar war, werden wir dies überprüfen und danken dir für den Hinweis. Unsere Zimmer sind in der Tat praktisch und funktional gestaltet, um unseren Gästen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu bieten.
