I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel. After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel. I wanted to cancel the hotel, but they did not accept cancelation. This is completely unacceptable, and I will make a complaint about it on expedia!

We liked the location of the hotel. it was easy to walk to transportation and to different parts of the city. We had a room under the eaves that had skylights for light and ventilation. Really appreciated the fresh air they brought to the room. We could have used better lighting in the room for evening.

Positive: - Was greeted warmly when I arrived, and was helped with the two things I required: recommendation for a restaurant, and to borrow a travel adaptor. - Breakfast was delicious, great selection (inc. homemade jam - lovely touch), and was offered a freshly made smoothie and my table - Room was spacious and clean, powerful shower Negatives: - Actual quality of sleep was limited due to: temperature of room (was too warm, so had to work out how to use the plug in fan in the middle of the night, which didn't do as the buttons said it would!), could hear upstairs stomping around (was staying in the second building) which kept me up, and I was uncomfortable with the weight of pillows (I later found a pillow menu in the room, but by this point it was too late as reception closed at 10pm - maybe this can be reminded of at check in?)

Modern, welcoming in a good location but peaceful.
Excellent location near the town centre but on a quiet side street so nice and quiet. Spacious and modern with excellent service (e.g. they have 4 different sorts of pillows) matched only by there impressive breakfasts (smoked salmon, local produce and homemade jams, etc.). Able to make good use of the free travel card with the public transport available just around the corner (literally). Would stay again.
