Cozy, comfortable, & great location
This place was amazing and offers all the amenities you will need. The location is perfect and in close proximity to a lot of fun places to adventure. (Ex: Cooper Peak, Black River Waterfall, and so much more) We highly recommend the chalet!

What a wonderful cabin. Clean, spacious. Excellent kitchen for cooking. We appreciated the outdoor spaces-great deck/outdoor dining area and fire pit. Perfect location for hiking up north. Thank you!

Labor Day Getaway
Had a wonderful time relaxing in the UP. Enjoyed hiking, water falls and fishing. The outdoor space was perfect for playing games and relaxing around the fire. Would love to go back again in the future.

Beautiful Bessemer Retreat
A beautiful property with a great outside space. We enjoyed ourselves outside all day and loved coming home to a well appointed A frame at night. Only one complaint was the incredibly hard water. Would have liked a heads up to bring drimking water.

Wonderful A-Frame in the Woods!
We loved our stay at Rocky Pines. Hosts were great, check-in was easy and the property is gorgeous! The house was even more spacious than the pictures showed. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit. The location of the house was great. We did spent most of our time hiking waterfalls, trails in the Porcupine Mountains State Park, and rock hunting along Lake Superior. Thank you Tom & Patty! We hope to return soon!

We had a great time staying at the Rocky Pines! The house was clean and cozy! Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of firewood for the firepit. The water was very hard and could use a water softener. Otherwise everything was great and we can't wait to come again!!

Peaceful Cabin
The cabin was absolutely great! It was very clean. If you have kids, they have a baby gate, pack & play and booster seat. They even had supplies for your pup. The sauna was great and got nice and hot. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The hosts were very quick to respond.

Sweet Spring Ski Trip
Clean and modern inside, roomy new deck with sturdy resin patio furniture for everyone in our group to relax. WiFi enabled access to employer networks too. We lit a campfire a few nights and enjoyed twilight sound outside too. Big Powderhorn had shut down from low snow totals - Tom/host knew that Snow River (Indianhead) and Blackjack were just minutes away. Sunny Spring days with temps up to 50F lead to an amazing stretch of Spring skiing.

Wonderful A Frame chalet.
Beautifully furnished and inviting. Totally comfortable and neat! Our 1st experience and we were very impressed. We're Minnesotans and we like the area and plan to return. Quiet & peaceful with big clear stars for city people who haven't seen a real night sky.

We came to ski, got one day in, it was a little too mushy. We took advantage of the beautiful area and hiked waterfalls, with the warm weather, the falls were gushing. Beautiful! Loved the rental, cute and cozy

Great property with close primary to Powderhorn
This property was perfect for our family on a ski trip to Big Powderhorn Mountain. Everything was clean and in working order. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals in. We appreciate that we could bring our dog along. We would definitely stay again!
