**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea colony apartment
Location was great. The apartment was very outdated. The wall paper was peeling. off Patio doors keep falling off track and VERY hard to open, they really need to be replaced. Minimal eating utensils. Air conditioner needs repair. Overall apartment needs a major upgrade. Again the location was great and we had great weather

Worst Vacation Ever
No A/C in unit w 90 degree weather. Owner put a bunch of fans around thinking that would do the job. Forced to sign a contract that means nothing -- we booked Sea Colony in Annapolis Bldg because was told when speaking to Vacasa agents & reading in contract that no dogs were allowed anywhere in Sea Colony & no smoking anywhere on the premises. This is not true -- 6 big dogs roaming w owners all around barking all day & night (esp when the owners went out and left dogs). -- you couldn't even walk to the elev without a dog scaring the life out of you that were sitting on the terraces & dog owners laughing. Smoking was a joke -- pot, cigarettes, cigars, vipor all over the units -- below, above, next to you & under -- it was horrible, We called security & the guard informed us that the association allows both smoke & dogs. Why have you sign a ridiculous long contract if this is not true. We would never have stayed here esp that Vacasa boasted that these were set rules. A/C not working but the joke was air conditioner unit right under our terrace which made noises all day & night to keep everyone cool. Who were they keeping cool? Terrace had a screen which did not close properly -- in other words not replaced after yrs & yrs of use -- we had summer bugs getting in all night. Water pressure really bad which gave you a few min of hot water -- this is our least complaint. Lastly but the most important a beach house being renovated right in front of our unit. It went on M - F from 8 = 5 w workers power sawing wood & metal -- they would take each piece of wood to the deck -- measure it & cut it all day for 5 days. These workers could have done this on the other side of the house where summer homes were not being rented because of the time we went which was Memorial WK, also could have been done inside the house or in the garage which was open but not near us. We couldn't understand why this work was not done before Memorial Day as other homes in the area were. If they had to do it, there was ways for the owner to lessen the noise. It was piercing and we went away to get relaxation not this loud ridiculous noise. We tried everything to get help -- calling Vacassa & being told they would take care of it. Even getting a call from the person who I was told handled my unit -- he guaranteed us that all was good by going over the construction co & barging in on a meeting -- we thought this but this was false! Vac stucked!

Comfortable with a lovely ocean view
My husband and I recently spent a week in Annapolis 603. From our balcony we enjoyed the ocean view. The living area was very comfortable. We were unable to figure out how to operate the TV. We looked through a folder of manuals but did not find directions. However, the TV in the bedroom worked fine. And we did not come to the beach to watch television! The kitchen offered all we needed. We used the linen service which was very handy...no need to bring towels or paper products! I would absolutely rent this space again if we were to return.
