Do NOT stay here if you have a car
Everything was good enough except for the valet service for parking, and that was so bad that I won’t be returning. It was just a mess - not really a valet but just a very expensive upcharge on self-parking since they want you to wait for them to go park your car and get the garage ticket it spits out, and then they have to get it validated at the front desk to get the car out when you need it. It also took forever to get my car when I needed it - I called down to say I’d need it in ten minutes, but the front desk clerk had not even brought it to the driver when I got downstairs. Then because of their stupid practices, they took another fifteen on top of that to actually get me my car, and the guy was really surly about it. (The guy there in the morning was very pleasant and professional, but he was still hampered by their stupid process.) I am not staying there again to pay $45 a NIGHT for that absurdity. Too many other options nearby.
