Nice normal hotel, but the breakfast was terrible. The only warm food was pancakes/waffles with a line of guests waiting across the room. There were a few prepackaged muffins and coffee. Maybe 3 choices of cereal and milk in a crafe that was almost empty. Not even enough food to call it a 'breakfast to go'.

Over all the hotel was pretty good. The weekend breakfast was somewhat limited and the weekday breakfast worse: short on protein. The most annoying feature was also at breakfast. I like to watch the news or weather at breakfast; real news that is. I do not want to be subjected to political propaganda by anyone! Yet they inflicted Fox "news" on their patrons. A really bad way to treat guests!

Good morning, I hope all is well. I went in with great expectations. Once in the room, I noticed the floor had not been cleaned, there was a bug crawling on the floor, also spider webs in the corners. I did inform the desk, someone came in swept, and ran a mop over the floor. God bless you all

customer service was challenging to understand
was very disappointed in how personal/manager handled my concern for a refund for my mom of 1 night which we inquired about 3 months ago to do it. was told she had to check in first then they would adjust. A different story was told to her when she checked in….. unfortunately it also was extremely difficult to really understand the employees with language barrier???
