Cottage in the village in the wine region St. Chinian. The house has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets, a terrace and a courtyard with a pool. Ideal for trips to the sea or to the rivers Orb or Herault in the beautiful hinterland. The pool is 3.5 X 6 m, 1.5m deep. The pool is only from June to September usable (wg. Water temperature)
There is a garage, which is accessible via a very narrow street. So only suitable for small cars. There is public free parking space 200m away. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy in each case 150 m footpath.
The house is fully equipped and has air conditioning in all bedrooms, some of which are partly mobile.
The house is over 3 floors and not handicapped accessible due to the narrow stairs. German satellite TV
is available in the living room. Ping-pong table with rackets etc. various technically perfect bicycles for biking tours are available.

The beautiful south of France!
A great stay for me and my family in this small, quiet village 15 minutes from the centre of Beziers. The photos don’t really do the house justice, plenty of space and cool - although all of the waking hours were spent outside enjoying the pool in the warmth, under clear blue skies. Amenities in the village are good, with a very warm welcome from the owners of ‘Cafe des Arts’ who even put the rugby on the tv, switching over from the France game to allow us to see NZ vs Ireland! House is a 2 minute walk from the Chateau, wine from a number of local producers goes down well with ice at the end of a busy sightseeing day, or a visit to one of the many local beaches. All in all, a great location to base your visit. The owners are very helpful, friendly and accommodating - even though they don’t even live in the village. Thank you!

Good taste,welcoming people and space,more spacious than I thought from the listing,hence the only 4star not 5,as better than expected from only photos! The region is perfect for a holiday also. Martines place is great for families and friends.

Gammalt hus i fin by. Vi trivdes bra och ägaren är väldigt vänliga, dock är huset inte i toppskick och inte jätte väl städdad. Inget negativt annars att säga.

Jolie maison dans un petit village sympathique mais le ménage est très limite. La maison dispose d'une piscine qui n'est malheureusement pas beaucoup exposé au soleil, du coup l'eau est plutôt fraîche pour y rester des heures. Pas de wifi et pas de télé malgré ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Propriétaire agréable

La maison permet les retrouvailles de tous, tout en laissant à chacun son intimité. Les environs sont très calmes et la maison est bien isolée. La piscine et la table de Ping Pong ont été très appréciées. Propriétaires très disponibles

De vacances très agréables!
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances (15jours) en famille dans la maison de Martine et son mari. L'accueil est parfait et les propriétaires sont très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nos grands enfants et ados ont adoré la piscine et la table de ping-pong tout autant que nous. La clim a été très appréciée avec la chaleur. Nous recommandons ce lieux.

Localisation calme, proche des commerces, pas trop éloigné de la mer. Maison très bien équipée et la propriétaire est très accueillante. Le resto le Tarantino tout proche à pied est une très bonne table.

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique maison de village, atypique mais très fonctionnelle . Le calme et la détente mais aussi les visites et les sorties plus sportives, tout était au rendez-vous Chacun avait son indépendance et pouvait s’isoler à loisir mais nous avons surtout passé de doux moments en famille sur la terrasse donnant sur la magnifique piscine . L’accueil a été convivial malgré notre arrivée tardive Bref un séjour qui nous laissera pleins de bons souvenirs

Séjour très agréable dans une belle région
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette très belle maison. De l'espace, du confort avec un gros plus sur l'extérieur avec la terrasse et la piscine. Un petit coin de paradis dans un charmant village près de Béziers. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute.

des vacances formidables!!!
Nous avons tout d'abord été accueillis de manière chaleureuse par Martine et son mari. La maison est un vrai petit paradis! très cosy extrêmement grande et chacun y a son intimité! la piscine est grande, entourée de verdure sous une arche en pierre! complètement atypique! les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et munies de climatisation. Toute la maison est équipée ! confort assuré! à 2 pas tout ce qu'il faut pour faire ses courses ; franprix, boulangeries, boucheries...Un lidl à à 4 km ...A 9KM dans l'ORB canoé cayak ...Le voisinage est charmant! nous étions 5 , 3 jeunes de 20 ans , 2 adultes. Les jeunes étaient super heureux avec la piscine!vraiment ne pas hésiter! y aller les yeux fermés! merci Martine pour ces moments de bonheurs inoubliables!!!!!nous y reviendrons! a bientôt Marielle

Spacieuse, bien équipée,comfortable au calme, proche des commerces
La maison est spacieuse (nous y étions’ sept adultes chacun y avait son intimité) , bien équipée, sans wifi (ce qui est un plus à mes yeux), la piscine agréable et l’extrieur plus grand qu’il ne paraît sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles. Située au sein même du village ( quasi sans voitures) où vous trouverez une supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, bars et restos. Tout y est pour pouvoir y passer un séjour sans bouger. Mais la région offre beaucoup de possibilités : promenade, marchés, visites historiques, activités sportives, baignades,visite de caves..... Nous nous y sommes sentis (comme) chez nous, nous espérons y retourner ...

La propiedad está mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos
La casa para un grupo grande está muy bien, la piacina es sencilla, pero cumple bien su función y es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. La casa está muy bien equipada y cualquier cosa que necesitas Thomas y Martine ae desvivwn por solucionarlo. Muy eecomendable.
