This bright and spacious, reverse-level home nestles in vibrant Westward Ho!, less than a mile from the village’s fantastic beach, offering sumptuous accommodation to families and groups of friends with the dogs in tow. With the beach just a short walk away, bucket-and-spade days together on the golden sand are made easy, while the village’s charming seaside shops and places to eat and drink also await. For another pleasant day out, head to the picturesque village of Appledore (2 miles) which overlooks the mouth of the River Torridge and boasts a wealth of quirky galleries, boutique shops, and welcoming pubs and restaurants. Walkers are in paradise, with both the Northam Burrows Country Park and scenic South West Coast Path at their feet (0.5 miles). Join the South West Coast Path and follow the trail deep into the picturesque Hartland Devon Heritage Coast.
This beautiful and well-appointed coastal home offers a reverse-level design, meaning the first floor living space and private balcony make the most of the far-reaching views. Step inside and head straight up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is soaked in natural light and decorated with whitewashed walls, offering a real sense of spaciousness in which to unwind. Swing open the glass doors to the balcony to let the salty sea air flow in, and settle in the sumptuous sofa to unwind in front of the Smart TV. Get competitive using the table football/pool table here, and afterwards, find that the bright and well-appointed kitchen boasts all that’s needed to cook up a seaside feast for your loved ones. Gather at the dining table here to enjoy the chef’s work or dine alfresco out in the garden, when the weather permits. At the end of each day away, head down to the ground floor and choose from three delightful bedrooms. These include two king-size rooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, with one room boasting a Smart TV for lazy mornings in bed. The final bedroom offers twin beds, a Smart TV, and is served by the well-equipped family bathroom that completes the interior.
Outside, the spacious and enclosed garden is accessible via the side entrance of the home, or directly from either of the two king-size bedrooms.
