Everything you see in the pictures is exactly as you will get. Please note that we stayed during end of summer so I don't have info on how it would be like in the winter. Host is very nice and communicates very timely.
Living Room - Love the sectional couch. Each end is a recliner though one isn't plugged in. I didn't get to figure out if I just needed to plug it in. It was so comfy that we all wouldn't mind sleeping there. TV is a smart tv w/ HDMI cord provided.
Bedroom - both bedrooms were pretty comfy. Clean sheets and lots of pillows! Enough clothes hangers on both closets. Had a small portable heater and fans. Not sure how warm the house can be during winter with just the centralized heat and the fireplace but you have a spare one if you need more heat, i guess.
Bathroom - I like how it's a walkin shower instead of with a tub. Especially since I was with my parents who are already older. My suggestions would probably be put on slip guards on the floor and the mirror could be a little bit lower for small people like me (5" tall) and probably for kids. But I appreciate that it is fully stocked of paper and cleaning supplies and that the sink was wider despite it being just one. Counterspace to put in multiple people's toiletries are appreciated. No shampoo, conditioner, soap provided which is fine but make sure to bring/buy your own.
Laundry - This was such a convenience as we personally do not want to bring a lot of dirty laundry when we go home. But I can imagine it being in the winter with all the wet winter gear. Nice to have the opportunity to just dump it in the washer to clean it and dry to use the next day.
Kitchen - Almost fully stocked w/ first aid kit. Lots of different flavored coffee pods are available to you and single serve creamers. Tea bags too. Other small appliances not pictured are ground coffee maker, toaster, blender. There's a ton of plates, stemware and glassware to use and a full set of sharp knives. Another suggestions would be to add a few kitchen essentials that guests would really appreciate - oil, salt, pepper, sugar, cutting board. If guests would like to make use of the kitchen, it would be appreciated if these small stuff are already there. Easy enough and cheap enough to buy but most places I go to already have them so I don't always know to bring/buy them with other groceries I will need for my stay.
7-11 is just across the street and Walgreens is a block away. Just at the back of bike/board rentals.
