Jos etsit omaisuutta, jolla on kaikki, niin Grand Views on paikka, jossa haluat pysyä!  Tämä ylellinen koti on yksityinen elokuvateatteri, poreallas, pelipöydät, seitsemän makuuhuonetta, sijaitsee lähellä Village ja tietenkin näkemyksiä!  

Tämä henkeäsalpaava, kolmikerroksinen koti on valmistettu hienoimmista materiaaleista ylellisyyttä varten vuoristossa.  Pääkerroksessa suuri huone on oksainen mänty katedraali katto, puulämmitteinen takka, parketit, log aksentti ja suuret liukulasiovi ovet ulos kannelle näkymät järvelle, kaupunkiin ja laaksoon alla.  Olohuoneessa on ylimitoitettu sohva perheen keräämiseksi takan edessä ja suuri taulu-tv kaapelikanavilla.  Kaksi ruokailutilaa tarjoavat joustavuutta aterioiden kanssa sekä ylimääräisiä istuimia luonnollisessa hirsiravintolassa.  Gourmet-keittiössä on graniittilaskurit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kaasuliesi, kaksinkertainen uuni, mikroaaltouuni, sisäänrakennettu espresso- / kahvinkeitin ja astianpesukone.  Hallissa on pesutupa, puoli kylpyhuone ja autotalli, jossa on pysäköintimahdollisuus.  Suuri selkätaso ulottuu mökin koko leveydelle, jossa on poreallas ja maakaasugrilli nauttien ihailemasta näkymiä ja ottamalla vastaan tuoretta vuoristoilmaa.  Lämmitä ulkouima-propaanin palo-kuoppaan (propaani ei toimiteta - vieraat tervetulleita tuomaan omat).

Ensimmäinen master-sviitti on päätasolla ja siinä on runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen ja yksityisen ajan nauttimiseen.  Sviitissä on king-size-vuode, TV kaapelikanavilla, baari-pesuallas ja takakannen käyttö.  Kylpyhuoneessa on vesisuihku, jossa voit nauttia järvinäköalasta, suihku, kaksoisallas ja oma wc.

Pään alakertaan tuntikausia viihdemahdollisuuksia.  Perhehuone on varmasti suosikkipaikka, jossa on kaunis baarikeittiö, biljardipöytä ja oleskelualue kaasutakka ja suuri taulu-tv kaapelilla ja DVD-soittimella. Jos tämä ei sovi ryhmään, päätä oma yksityinen 12-paikkainen elokuvateatteri, jossa on surround-ääni ja mukavat lepotuolit, joissa on kupinpitimet. Hauska ei lopu tähän!  Lapset rakastavat oleskelevat makuuhuoneessa, jossa on kaksi täyttä kerrossänkyä, TV kaapelilla, X-laatikko ja liitteenä oleva pelihuone, jossa on pöytäpöytä ja Ms. Pac-Man-videopelikonsoli ja jaettu Jack-and-Jill-kylpyhuone. Toisessa alemman tason makuuhuoneessa on kylpyhuone, jossa on queen-vuode, TV ja pääsy kansioon.  Alempi kansi tarjoaa enemmän mahdollisuuden nauttia upeista näkymistä. 3/4 kylpyhuone sijaitsee pelihuoneen ulkopuolella avuksesi.

Yläkerrassa on vielä neljä makuuhuonetta, mukaan lukien toinen Master Suite.  Sviitissä on king-vuode, taulu-tv kaapelilla, kaasutakka, oma terassi järvinäköalalla ja päällekkäinen kylpyamme, jossa on suihkukaappi, suihku, kaksoisallas ja oma wc.  Makuuhuone viisi on king-vuode, oma 3/4 kylpyamme, TV kaapeli-ja DVD-soitin ja etukannella pääsy.  Makuuhuoneessa kuusi on king-vuode, TV kaapelilla ja DVD-soittimella, pääsy kannelle ja jakavat täyden Jack-ja-Jill-kylpyhuoneen, jossa on oma wc ja amme / suihku ja kaksoisallas.  Makuuhuone seitsemässä on parisänky, TV kaapeli- ja DVD-soittimella ja jaettu kylpyhuone.

Beautiful Home for Big Groups
We loved this huge house. We were a large group and this property allowed us to have both common areas to hang out together as well as private spaces. Three floors with plenty of beds and bathrooms to allow a big group the space needed to not feel like we're on top of each other. The views from the main floor and deck are second to none!

4 day stay
Immediately upon arriving, we found ants in two of the downstairs bedrooms (they were eating candy/food left on the railings of the bunk beds), and all of the sliding door tracks were filthy and moldy like they had never been cleaned. The kitchen cabinets were very dusty from above as well, so it caused some allergy issues. On the second day of our stay, the ice maker and water filter on the freezer door stopped working, and we emailed the property manager immediately for them just to say "thanks for letting us know" instead of sending someone to fix it so we could have cold filtered water and ice. They also subtracted a chunk from our returned deposit because they noticed some small stains on the carpets (which were there beforehand, probably because they're pet friendly and don't clean well). When I replied asking if they had before pictures to prove that we caused the stains, they never bothered replying. Overall, their communication is sub-par, and their cleaning services are lacking.

Beautiful property but to hot for summertime
Beautiful property but it was too hot and uncomfortable without air conditioning even at night there were wasnt any breeze to cool the house. Also, the refrigerator wasn't cold enough. Better to let the renters know ahead of time to bring a cooler and ice. Also, needed instructions for the microwave. We figured it out but would have been easier to have instructions.

Loved the house but a few things didn’t work
Overall had a great time and I want to preface that I’ve been in the property rental business for 35+ years and understand things come up unexpectedly however there were a few things that didn’t work such as both kitchen sinks didn’t drain well and garbage disposal didn’t clear up so they drained slowly. Master shower main floor wasn’t working and received notice two days before arrival. It would normally not have been a big issue but I just had knee surgery so stairs were difficult. Couldn’t get fireplace to work in that room. Theater not working which I knew about but hoped it was working by the time we arrived. Other than those things loved everything else about the house… views, location, privacy, close proximity to town. Would definitely rent again.

Clean, spacious house with beautiful views!
My family and I were very happy with our stay at Ironwood Estates. It is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and most of the other houses weren't occupied. Compared to some of the vacation properties we've stayed at during the winter in Big Bear, this one was immaculate. It has beautiful sweeping views and is overlooking the alpine slide and tubing park. While it is close to the village, it is quite a hike up and down the steep hill. I would suggest renting some electric bikes. The hot tub was in a great location and super relaxing. My only suggestion would be to stock the house with some basic condiments in the kitchen and some extra towels. When traveling to a vacation home, it is nice to have cooking spray, oil, some basic spices, coffee, filters, etc. available and not have to buy everything at the store after a long trip. Otherwise, no complaints!

An amazing property
We have stayed at this home before and came back to enjoy all that it has to offer: location, location, location + views and amenities. We we a group of 15 and this home handles that easily. We will be back but we also hope that some maintenance will be done before our next visit. Outdoor seating is a bit limited due to some missing chairs. If you plan to cook meals at the cabin bring your own spices. Even though there were some shortfalls we still rate this a ‘5’ as the pluses far outweigh any negatives.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very easy check-in, super clean, hot tub was crystal clear and very large. Plenty of space for a large group. The location can't be beat- a short walk to the Village. Would highly recommend!

A highly recommended house
This was our first experience renting a house in Big Bear, and it was absolutely beautiful. Although there wasn’t much to do given the pandemic , the house offered plenty of activities for us to stay inside. There were a few cleanliness issues with house including some pretty dirty air filters, but overall the house was quiet tidy. The movie theater was great, but prepare yourself for having to figure out how to work it. But once you do, you really feel like you’re at the theater...so bring popcorn! The beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Overall, I would definitely book this house again and invite more families...when we’re allowed to be around more families.

Room for All!
We loved our stay at this cabin. It was spacious with room for everyone (20+). Only three hiccups. We especially wanted a cabin with air conditioning which it had. Instead, the owner asked us not to use it but to use box fans in the windows. We complied but smoke was coming in from a local fire and temp was a little too warm for the upstairs rooms. We also couldn’t use the garbage disposals for food due to the septic system. (We have a septic system at our home and never had that problem.) Checkout time was - 9 am! A little early but we made it. In spite of the extra rules, we definitely had a great time. The game room is set up for the teens and they really enjoyed it. Would book again because of the beautiful space and accommodations.

All the bells and whistles!
My family really enjoyed our stay. Interior was very clean and the place was beautiful. Loved how every floor had its own balcony. Must be a breeding ground for birds though because the front door area and top floor balcony right outside the master bedroom had bird poop everywhere. We managed to sweep and scoop it up the best we could. The movie theater had about half the recliners not working as well but it was still a great experience and we enjoyed watching our movies in there. Also, the Miss Pac Man machine kept spitting our quarters back out so I called to inquire about that and they said that it indeed was not working and needed to be looked at by a professional. Was excited to use the built in espresso machine in the kitchen but that did not work either. Over all, the pros definitely outweighed the cons and we would definitely come back.

Luxury at its best!
We stayed with 3 families in this sprawling home over a winter weekend in 2019. The place is really well kept and each of us from ages 6 to 80 loved every moment of our time spent at this lovely house and with each other. My parents would not have asked for anything more for celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. This was our second stay at this property and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to live large and enjoy the home and scenery of Big Bear. And kudos to the property managers for making life easy at check-in and check-out.

Property was outstanding.
The overall stay was outstanding. We had enough room for 13 people without being on top of each other. The house was very nice with great views. If I were to be being picky there were a few things that needs to be corrected. The built in expresso machine did not work and we had a ant problem, we lost some food because of the ants. These were minor issues. The stay was a family vacation and everyone had a great time. We would defiantly stay there again.

Amazing house!
From the moment we arrived for our annual family vacation the trip was amazing. We always have a good time, but the house made it even more special. From everybody having their own bedrooms and bathrooms, to the large family room, perfect for a big group, to the amazing decks and views, to the game room, to the unbelievable 12 person theater! The only issue we had was the BBQ was not working when we checked in, but 3 hours later there was a knock at the door and a new BBQ was delivered. Definitely would rent again!
