A cozy cabin within walking distance of Big Bear Lake, Village shopping, dining and ski lifts. Very spacious front yard and completely gated back yard perfect for pets and small children. Also comes with propane BBQ & Hot Tub.

2 Bed & 1 Bath and open floor plan make for a comfortable and relaxing mountainous getaway. Peak-a-boo view of the lake in a quiet neighborhood makes this place feel like a home away from home.

Wind down with an evening Jacuzzi and indoor fireplace with complete kitchen and BBQ for all your cooking and grilling needs. Backyard has a dining table and chairs to relax in. Cabin has (rare for Big Bear) air-conditioner to keep you cool day & night.

Front yard offers lots of space for parking and your boat. Very quiet location and private 2-3 car driveway. Beds have high end, Termpur-pedic mattress with plenty of pillows and blankets. Cute Pet Friendly Cabin in a great location
Everything in the listing and the pictures lived up to expectations! Our dog loved the yard and both he and the cat loved looking out the front window, Very easy to use everything, including the hot tub. Only downside, was the pans didn't include a non-stick one, but that was a minor issue that just required a little more scrubbing, Close to everything and the air conditioning worked great!

Tiny Cabin - ANTS included!
I am 66 years old and currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer. I booked this cabin because I was in desperate need of fresh air, pine scent, cool temps & relaxation. Upom arrival we were greeted with a kitchen full of ants. The next morning the ants had gotten into our groceries. I contacted the host and he asked if we left food out & told us about the ant spray in the kitchen cabinet. (no signage regarding ants posted) I replied that our food was in grocery bags. By the 2nd evening the ants had migrated to the bathroom & in the bedding of the bunkbed room. ( extra linen was not provided) I contacted the host once again but he did not reply for over a week.As there was not enough beds for my guest they had to stay in a hotel which cost $157. I contacted the host once again stating that the right thing to do would be to reimburse the hotel cost or alternately I would leave a negative reivew. His response; Wow - are you threatening me?

Perfect for a getaway!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The property manager was very friendly, welcoming and communicative. The property itself was the perfect size for our family. The huge backyard and Jacuzzi were an added bonus! The cabin itself is cozy, rustic, and everything we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Great cabin in the woods
My partner and I need a place to stay for the weekend and we picked this place for it's high reviews and cleanliness (my partner is really picky). We found the place to be very clean and it was exactly what we needed. One note is that it's a little tricky to find. It's down a long-ish driveway that snakes between a few houses. There is a sign off the road pointing to the property that we initially missed.

Big Bear getaway
The property was in a great location. Close to the village where all the little shops and restaurants are. The Marina is super close to for those who want to launch a boat or rent one. We were there for the 4th of July week and we just had a very short walk to see the fireworks show over the Lake without any obstructions. We had a great time indeed.

Awesome little cabin
This was a great little cabin. Lots of privacy! We really enjoyed the spa and the outdoor area. It’s one of the few places we’ve been in Big Bear with as much privacy. We plan to come back soon! Everything was just as the ad says and looks immaculate. It was clean and comfy! It’s perfect for a couples getaway. The host was kinda, quick with responses and made check in easy. Everything you needed was there for grilling and cooking, plenty of towels and things like that. Great place, can’t wait to come back!

Great Cozy Cottage
Perfect space for me, my husband and our little pup's midweek getaway to see snow! We really enjoyed using the nice warm hottub and outdoor firepit. Comfy beds, and all the kitchen supplies we needed.

Booked this place for a birthday getaway. Loved how close it was to the lake and the fully fenced in yard for the dogs. There were minor cleanliness issues but not enough to complain about. Communication was reasonably quick but all of it was initiated by me. Even check in instructions weren't given until I asked even though check in time had passed. Definitely thinking about booking again.

We had a delightful stay in this little cabin! It was just my husband and I. The cabin was thoroughly clean and had everything we could need! Check in was super easy, good communication from the host, convenient location, we would definitely stay here again! We did have a power outage the last night but nothing to do with us— the whole mountain went dark. Could have maybe used a small battery lantern for emergencies. But no complaints whatsoever.

Perfect Size, Place, and Location
My wife and I and our two dogs just spent 5 days at this wonderful cabin located near the lake and nestled up nicely on a hill. We got a little more than we bargained for with the unbelievable amount of snow (about 6 ft). Kingston kept in constant contact with us regarding the Snow Plow Driver who arrived every day to clear the driveway, which was crucial considering the weather. We utilized the fenced in back yard for our dogs who had a blast playing in the snow. The Wood Stove was excellent in keeping the cabin warm. I know there was a jacuzzi/spa out back and a bbq, however we didn't utilize either of those since it snowed constantly, but that is not a complaint, just pointing it out that they were available if we wished to use them. I would love to go back again someday, and would recommend this property for anyone who wants a quaint, quiet, and safe place to stay, especially if you own dogs that need room to roam and play. Thanks again Kingston!

Cabin not clean
We have rented many places and do not mind spending extra for a cleaner and nicer location. We were very disappointed in this rental. There was a large amount of dog poop all over the walkway leading up to the cabin. The cabin was not clean and the first thing we noticed was dried up crusty mounds on the floor. It had obviously been there a bit. I should have taken a photo, but we were a little stunned when my wife took a butter knife and scraped it up to prove that it was not part of the flooring. It was dried up dog poop. Things just kept going downhill. The place had only been surfaced cleaned. We do not wear shoes indoors and socks were very dirty from the floors. When I took a wet paper towel and wiped it over the floors it came up black. We swept the floors upon arriving after scraping up the dried mounds on the floor. Housekeeping had not been sweeping under the kitchen table or edges. The ledges and coffee tables had not been wiped down. Everything was covered in greasy dust that had been there a while. The coffee table was dirty and still had coffee stains. The dishes needing washed before use was a minor issue, but a good housekeeper would catch those things. The kitchen drain had slime on the bottom and were not clean. There was also hair on the shower floor, and it had obviously never been scrubbed. For the price we paid, we expected a cleaner cabin. Very disappointed.

Thanksgiving trip
This is an excellent property, especially if you have dogs, it is a fully fenced back yard so the fur babies can run around and go potty and then come back in (and you don't have to wait around while walking them in THE FREEZING COLD) Very cozy cabin perfect for a couple days. Had everything for a small thanksgiving celebration. I had some unexpected events come up of Emergency basis and the property owner was very kind, flexible and understanding. The location is actually kind of hard to find (especially in the dark) but the owner sends this info (but it was still hard to find) The cabin is off a different street, and you have to enter on a small little road and it is settled up in the back. This is a great location and perfect rustic little cabin for a quick get away... Always a treat to find a little gem on VBRO... Thank you :)
