There is a washer/dryer area off the garage with room to store boots, jackets, etc. The garage has couches and a foosball table plus ample room to store sports gear. Sleds are provided for snow play.

Minimum age of 25 or older to reserve our home. The guest whose on-line profile name appears on the booking request MUST BE PRESENT with valid photo ID at the time of check-in and remain with guests until the checkout date.

Late check-ins can potentially affect the quality of your stay and our service. If you are arriving very late at night it can directly impact snow removal (companies do not plow late at night), finding the property and access to the property. No credits will be given to parties that arrive late and experience difficulties.
Late check outs significantly impact guest turn-over. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 11AM so please ensure all guests and belongings, including cars, are removed from the premises prior to housekeeping's arrival.
No Parties, Events, Pets or Smoking Allowed at any time!
*NEIGHBORHOOD TRANQUILITY*
You will be staying in a residential neighborhood area and agree to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and those around you, and that disturbing the peace is a direct Violation of City Ordinance which will result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.
If Code Compliance is called during your stay (i.e. excessive noise, guests or cars over occupancy limits, parking on the street, etc.) guest pays for ALL fines associated with infractions.
*SMOKING AND VAPING PROHIBITED*
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the home or anywhere on the property.
*PETS*
No Pets OF ANY KIND allowed at property. Failure to comply will result in eviction with NO refund per signed contract.
*PESTS AND WILDLIFE*
Be aware you are renting in a wilderness environment. There are many animals (including but not limited to coyotes, bears, bobcats, squirrels, chipmunks, etc.) Wildlife is unpredictable and can be dangerous – do not engage with wildlife and keep an eye on small children at all times. The wilderness also has many pests/bugs – we take care in keeping our property clean and pest free with a pest control service. But be aware that pests are around and may be found in the home. Do not leave doors or sliders open as pests and small animals may find their way into the home.
Insects can move very quickly when a home is left empty, even overnight and spiderwebs, dead insects or live ants are possible. We inspect the home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of pests. Credits will not be given to any tenant if an animal is found on the premises or near the premises alive or dead or if there are some insect issues. Please contact us immediately if you encounter an issue and our local contact will come to the home.
*OCCUPANCY & PARKING*
Our property is licensed with the city to accommodate 9 guests (including children) and 4 cars max. Street parking is not permitted at any time - all cars must be parked in the driveway. Violation of occupancy and parking regulations can result in fines, vehicles being towed, and possible immediate eviction without refund.
*WEATHER/SNOW REMOVAL*
California Law requires that if traveling to Big Bear during the winter months (November to April) that you carry snow chains for your tires with you IN your vehicle. While we provide a snow removal service to plow the driveway and a path to the front door, we CANNOT guarantee the timing of the service due to their volume of homes and/or traffic conditions.
If you arrive and the property has not been cleared, you will need to clear the driveway prior to parking (snow shovels are in the garage). Snow removal during your stay is the responsibility of the guest although our service will do their best to clear around your cars if they are parked in the driveway. If there is fresh snow shovel first before walking on porches, sidewalks or driveway to avoid dangerous ice build up.
Issues or delays may arise if snow fall occurs close to your arrival or check-in, so please watch the weather to be prepared.
